Lied about what my monthly bill would be and added services I did not ask for. Went back in to get it corrected and he said he couldn't match the price that he previously quoted. He did call in to metro customer service and said that he can lower by $15 a month but he failed to tell me it is only lower because he changed it from unlimited to 5gb of data a month. No transparency. Very dishonest just to make a sale.

I had a great experience at this Metro by T-Mobile store! The staff was super helpful and professional. They assisted me with setting up a new line and helped me upgrade my plan so I could get a new phone for free. Everything was explained clearly, and the process was quick and smooth. I really appreciated their patience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location if you need help with your phone or plan!

I had an amazing experience at this store! They offer the best deals and even have free phones available, which was a pleasant surprise. The store is spotless, and the environment feels welcoming and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I got exactly what I needed. Plus, the prices are unbeatable! I highly recommend checking them out, especially since they’re under new management—it really shows in their excellent service. Will definitely be coming back!
