False advertisement for the Samsung Galaxy S24F.E. I called multiple stores yesterday with this door being the last one. The person I talked to Told me that.
He can get the phone to the Within an hour. I already verified That my google number is compatible for the promotion that they advertise on the website. I come in the store today and speak with the manager and he is telling me something completely different. Then he didn't even want Attempt to help me, Complete waste of time. Not the type of service I'm accustomed to with metro. 0 out of 5 stars!

I switched from Verizon to Metro for better service, better coverage and more importantly monthly service fees. Verizon $124/month, Metro $45/month. No lies no hidden fees.

Metro needs to hire better employees for their stores or train them properly on customer service. As soon as you walk in the store they give you attitude and don’t wanna help like it bothers them DO BETTER METRO !
