Hello yesterday I went to the Metro on tidwell road to get more gigs on my phone I was told that I can get an upgrade in a free phone however the lady named Kiran . Sold me wrong information. She did the upgrade but however she downgraded my prime membership which I do not have anymore and she did that and did not tell me she told me my bill would be only $105 my bill is over $200 a month and I'm very disappointed and I need someone to take care of this problem cuz this is an issue I was lied to and I would have never went through with this offer if I knew she was going to be in it to make a sound for herself that profit her but I'm losing money

I went in because I broke my phone and the lady jeinny was super helpful and the sweetest she gave me a super discount on my upgrade super happy definitely will be coming back thank you metro and jeinny !

Horrible customer service. My husband stopped by to add a phone to the plan for my son. The employee gave him attitude the entire time . He asked what his new monthly bill would be when they were finished adding it she said she didn’t know because it’s time for her break then she put her headphones in. First of all be glad that you got to deal with him and not me second of all metro you need to hire better representatives and also having more than one person in the store would be helpful. I have walked in and had to leave and come back several times. Do better! Customers save yourself the trouble! Find another location !

Kiran. Beautiful person and employee. I visited this store today with another person and they were quite upset when we came in and not only did she calm him down , she got him to purchase an iPad that was a great price. Go check it out guys. Very affordable. We'll done Kiran!

I purchased a phone from that location had a full conversation with the young lady in the store that I want the same plan I have on my account just adding a line. She assured me that's my plan didn't have to change but weirdly my plan did change and my bill went up about $25 per month and also my Amazon prime was deactivated. Went back and she assured me she could fix it just come back when my bill was due. Went back on my due date to get my account fixed and replace a tablet. She immediately says you can get the Samsung for $35 or the door. She charged $85 for the tablet and my bill is no longer 105 it's 185. Somebody explain this to me because I'm pissed and that's horrible service.

If a can put no ⭐️I would do it , Be careful I won’t go to this place my brother got charged extra $700 the owner did not gave him a receipt because they said that the printer was broken when he got home and checked his bank account and he got charged for Bluetooth speakers,headphones, etc. things that he not received , next day brother was able to get a receipt from another clerk .obviously they denied everything until he show up the receipt and called the police be careful it’s not the first time they do this unfortunately metro pcs won’t do anything this happened 12/15/2024

Sean is one of the most useless and slowest customer service employees that I have ever seen, was there about an hour with no help. Metro needs to hire some people with a little bit more pep in their step or hire someone to help Sean because he needs it. Hope he’s not the manager and glad that there’s other metro pcs stores not too much further down the street so don’t have to go too far to pay my phone

Metro by T-Mobile is TRASH!! Poor coverage plus too many drop calls and many of their phones don’t respond when dialing buttons. It took at least a week for me to finally get back service after Hurricane Beryl. “No yada yada!”? Yeah right. That’s what Metro by T-Mobile is really about, yada yada, and not to mention, lies lies lies. The only thing good about it is that I get to make a payment extension

They need to support their system, you can't pay in cash because something always fails there, you can only pay by card. Despite that, the lady attends to you with cordiality.

There were 10 minutes left and they were already closed…
The worst thing is that they went inside and decided not to serve anyone else. I came to this store because the other one on Fairbanks and 290 was the same, it had been closed 15 minutes before. I immediately went to this other one and they also closed before time. How little seriousness and how little respect for clients' time. If you do not want to provide the service, you can close earlier BUT NOTIFY, CHANGE THE SCHEDULE AND NOTIFY IT ON SOCIAL NETWORKS because it is very annoying that they are so irresponsible.
