I had an issue with a tablet they sold me few weeks ago, and when i tried to bring it into them they couldn't offer me any help because they said if i had came back within 7 days they could of replaced it but that's ridiculous, they expected me to buy a whole brand new tablet

This location never opens on its hours it says that it's open at 10:00 here it is 11:00 and they're still closed every time I come to this location they're never opened at the time that they're supposed to open they need to change their hours.

The phone number is wrong. I don't know if the workers thought it was funny and didn't want to be called or someone is an internet sabatuèr, but it was set as the metropcs customer help line not the store's phone number. So I've gone and deleted the number so the confusion is stopped. Hopefully since this issue has been brought to light the next time a number appears for this store, it will be to the telephone located inside of the store, that sells telephones.They sent me to another metro store one time where they scammed this dude right in front of me. If someone keeps trying to sweet talk you never listen to them. And I wouldn't be surprised if that metro store and the other one were in cahoots. Listen if you've ever seen what I've described you would know im not making it up.

It's worth it to drive a few miles more, most stores have rude workers who seem like they don't like their job that's why I like this store the girl is always nice and helpful. I don't know much about technology and I'm always messing up my phone she always helps me thank you
