I have to say I had an issue with a phone I purchased at the recommendation of an employee only to have several issues with it. I literally had to return this phone five times and they still wouldn't hello me get a different one. I tried talking to any and every MetroPCS avenue I could find until I got so frustrated that I went to Facebook to post my frustration at every MetroPCS I could find. Now I live in Dallas and the only office that contacted me to assist was in Houston

I purchased this phone after speaking to a representative and being told this was a great phone and there has been returns due to issues only to have every sort of issue. After the fourth return I've done in three months of my purchase I was given the number to their representative Ethan to assist me. I have called several times, left voicemails and emails with no response to any of them. I am truly disappointed with the lack of assistance/service I have yet to receive from them and am still stuck with having to trade this phone in which I'm having to do once again today making this my fifth trade.

horrible service, everytime someone wants to pay a bill either their system is down, or their cash is down, whatever that means. dont give them your money !!!! horrible servicio. siempre que uno quiere pagar su bill, su sistema no sirve o no tienen cash, o siempre hay un problema!!!!
