Very shady store. Went pleading to save as much money as possible. They charged me $35 for 10 minutes of typing. (Nevermind a 15 year old could do it in 4 minutes) put an insurance plan on a 2 year old device while assuring me they are saving me as much money as possible and instead of putting me on a better plan, I guess they took a nice commission. Or filled some sorta quota. Then after fixing all of that, because the plan they had me set up for didn’t even include hotspot (something they assured me it would) I tried to go back to get home WiFi service. Figuring it’ll be quicker and easier. Remembering they promised me $50 for service out the door. They’re words. Went back and they wanted $150 for prepaid WiFi at 200mgbps. In 2025. Went on the website from the app and everything out the door is $65. For the life of me I don’t know why people get high paying jobs when you could make $70 at metro pcs for 10 minutes of typing at a computer (something that is required for them to do)
To put it lightly, I was lead astray, lied to, hustled, and scammed. I know better. Does your mom? Does your grandma? These people are charging more than the service the phone carrier cost for transactions.
I wouldn’t look at this store if it wasn’t going to pay a bill. Do not try to start a service plan here. Do not let your friends or family go. They are cut throat. Go to a professional business and spend your hard earned money appropriately and receive proper service. And support

Hello everyone,I usually try not to leave anything negative on a business because I know the impact it can make.I HAVE CALLED 10+ times to this specific store and no one answer the phone. This is the second day I call and no answer. Extremely disappointed.Plus, someone had the decency to answer and not say anything. That’s is horrible customer service. Stay away from this store.

Hi, If you are owner of this page...I want to make a complaint for two of your young workers. The incident happened today October 2nd 2020.They were very disrespectful and yelled at me. I just only wanted to fix something of my payment I did yesterday and call customer service (611) to fix this problem and they treated me wonderful, and were so kind. But these guys that girl and that boy that are working in 9644 Beechnut St. Corner with Corporate Dr Turrned up the music loud and yelled at me to get out when I was only calling to 611. They called the police like I did something wrong, this is an injustice, they want to pretend to be innocent.I am not going to make my payments in this store anymore or I will change to another company, because this is the second time that they are disrespectful.
