Great experience I came in and was immediately greeted walked over to the watches and was assisted in viewing some options the associate was more than helpful I was able to select a beautiful Petite Lexington the actual purchase made a few days later after going over All options overall I rated 5 stars because of how helpful

We bought a jacket for my wife Memorial City Michael Kors. When we returned it two weeks later for an exchange we were told we couldn't return it, because the tags were removed (my wife had them in hand). And you can't return an item without tags. We had the tags in hand, but were told we couldn't return it without tags or with detached tags.
This is completely ludicrous. Carlos Flores, the manager, was very uncooperative. He wouldn't listen... he just kept repeating policy.
I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Though my wife is Michael Kors fan... with shoes, clothing and purses, etc. We will no longer purchase from Michael Kors.

Worst customer experience and service. Tried to return these shoes in the store but they refused even though I never wore them. The scuff was on them when I bought them on happened while trying on in the store. Beware of their shady return policy!

I walked in looking to make a purchase. It's my birthday month. There were two employees on the sales floor who did not greet or assist customers. I walked the entire store, ultimately leaving empty-handed due to both employeeswereon their cell phones.. My experience was horrible , I think I will go to Galleria to make my purchase. Please train your employees how wow the customer.
