Purchased a bag online for store pickup here for my girlfriend's upcoming birthday and was assisted by both Asha and Celeste upon arrival. They were not only professional but friendly in their demeanor in helping me get it gift wrapped and also in helping me purchase an additional item, a wallet, for my girlfriend as well. Service like that is hard to get these days and I'm grateful for it.

I came in for a wallet and had a pretty hard time choosing from their amazing selection until the manager (Michelle) showed up stayed with me and helped me choose. She was very attentive kind and helpful.Excellent customer service and care. YOU ROCK ???

Very poor product and MK don't care. They only want your money then ...too bad your stuck! Bought a pair of MK Kadence stilettos and hardly wore them. The ankle strap you buckle the elastic has snapped and shredded. I even told MK I'd buy the part and have my cobbler fix it. But nooooo they'd rather screw a customer. We got your money to bad for you because our quality stinks! I WAS a loyal customer but never again!
See the pics to see my point. Pppfftt the leather isn't even broke in on the shoes and they broke. DEFECTIVE SHOES and MK don't care!

Terrible service at this outlet, I was going to buy several things to give to my family but the manager was very dismissive when canceling.I do not recommend this place because they despise you as if you were going to ask for things for free, as if your money had no value.Apart from that, when you go to ask for advice they half answer between their teeth and ignore you for continuing to talk to each other and even worse if you speak to them in Spanish they look at you like a weirdo (thank God I speak both languages).I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
