It’s crazy I been knowing this man for years my whole family brought they cars to this man my brother took his car over there for Mike to fix it and store it till we had the movers come get the car the car movers pull up and all of a sudden Mike say the car been stolen but he won’t pick
Up the phone nor say if he has the car keys or not it’s ok I’ll be there soon THIS IS FOR EVERYONE PLEASE DONT HAVE A NICE CAR AND LEAVE IT WITH THIS MAN TOO SOON OR U TELL HIM THE WRONG INFORMATION HE WILL SELL YOUR CAR IF U CALL HIS SHOP HE WILL NOT PICK UP THE PHONE

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE. They put the WRONG oil in my car. As per the manufacturer's requirement: The 2009 Ford Escape with 4 cylinder engine requires 5 quarts 5W-20 oil. As per my receipt: they put 4 1/2 quarts 5W-30 oil. How has this place gotten such good reviews?

I have been taking my cars to Michael's Shell for many years now. Mike is very kind and tries to accommodate you the best he can. There's a bit of a wait sometimes, but Mike is honest and the wait is worth it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic! Took my money and never fixed the issues, made me bring the car back three different times and then told me it’s the transmission that’s causing the problem and refused to refund me. Wasted my time, took my money and now my car is running worse than it was before!
