We had the privilege of working with Kathryn to both sell our old home and purchase our new one. Neither process was perfect, as there were bumps and unexpected challenges along the way, but Kathryn guided us through every moment with patience, clarity, and genuine care. Her communication was always thoughtful and reassuring, and her ability to navigate issues as they came up made us feel supported from start to finish.
What stood out most was that we never felt rushed or pressured into making decisions. Kathryn took the time to help us understand the market in our area, walk us through the loan process and interest rate trends, and because of her deep understanding of home maintenance, she was able to interpret inspection reports, identify what truly mattered, and point out what was minor or easily addressed. Even during walkthroughs before inspections, she would notice potential issues and explain what to expect, giving us a level of confidence we did not even know we needed.
