Came here after a referral from Discount Tire to get my alignment done. Roughly a week and half before Christmas. Gentlemen up front was great and helpful so this poor review doesn't reflect on him but rather the work that was done. I paid for an alignment and oil change and after about 15 mins after taking my car in they brought it back saying it was done. Even gentleman at the counter was surprised and asked if they did the alignment and the mechanic stated no he didn't see that. The gentleman at the counter apologized and later all work was completed. After getting my vehicle back my alignment was still way off but I got the warranty so I thought I'll bring it by later to adjust. Fast forward a bit over a month later my power steering is out. Typically most places will check and fill up your fluids while doing the oil. I suppose it's my fault for not double checking the work and trusting that they did everything.

Last Saturday my car did not start. After getting an initial test (elsewhere) I was told I needed a new alternator. I was also recommended to go to Midas for help. When I got there my car was taken in right away. The staff was very kind (both the manager and Douglas) they helped me take a second look. After running a second inspection it was clear my car needed a new battery and not a new alternator. I’m grateful I found a place where people are honest and can be trusted. Thank you so much for treating me with kindness and respect. I am very satisfied with the service.

This is the worst Midas ever. Extremely disrespectful and awful staff. I called a head of time to let them know I was coming. Was told to get there before 5 pm, which I did. Only to get there and be told I had to come back in the most rude manner ever. Very horrible customer service. I suggest you take your business elsewhere!!!!
