I went to get brake pads replaced. The service took less time than expected. They always have decent coupons online to save a couple bucks as well.
However, I drove the car home and started hearing strange noises. Checked the front wheel and the caliper was not bolted back on, scraping the entire inside of my rim. Took it back to the shop and they fixed it. For that, I feel 3/5 is more than fair…generous even.

Wonderful experience. Had a blown out tire with a stripped lug nut close to closing time on Saturday. 10 minutes before closing, they were able to assist the tow truck, fix the stripped lug nut, and put the spare on. They were willing to stay late to help me out. I appreciate their service

I made an oil change reservation and came to the store on 11/08. However, the store did not have my reservation. The staff proceeded with my request for an oil change instead of saying that your reservation is not found. Anayway, the oil chang work finished, and I was surprised that the staff told that the cost is $88 because I made a reservation of traditional oil change ($24.99) and the staff did not inform me in advance regarding the estimate.
In summary, this store selected full synthetic oil without my approval and any notification before work. Second, even though I receive a confirmation email of my reservation, there was no record of it in the policy based on the staff's comments.
I had to pay an unexpected cost for the oil change.

Service has gone down hill. Dan serviced me around June 2024 and said he offered me a roadside warranty on the tire I purchased, which he didn’t. I bought 3 of 4 tires there in 2021 and had to get one of the tires replaced in June 2024. When I came to see if the tire I needed replaced was a tire I purchased there. Well, Dan mistakenly replaced the tire that didn’t come from Midas, and a few hours later, he called me in panic because he was going to get in trouble with his manager since the tire he replaced didn’t come from Midas. He asked if I could go in and pay for the tire, which I came the next day to pay for, thinking everything was included since he didn’t ask if I needed the warranty for the tire. He apologized for the confusion and for me having to drive an hour back there to pay for a tire, and not once did he mention anything about a warranty. It is October 2024, and the tire I bought in June has wires sticking out. I called to see if I could bring it in and was told I hadn’t purchased a warranty. He also lied, said he remembered me, and knew he offered me a warranty because he does with all his customers. Not only that, but I also asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold, just for him to hang up in my face TWICE. I am officially done with Midas, and I will let everyone know my experience! You’ve lost a valuable customer since 2020!!!!

I had bring my car here for fluid service, they also gave me a diagnostic for small leaking on water pump needed water pump replacement, took my car to dealer which I have a friend is mechanic, he telling me my water pump is totally fine, they tried to sell me, I am so upset because I already bought the part from Toyota and just wasted my day off, please customer beware!! Specially if you are a female !!!

I went into Midas for a brake check and ended up almost losing my life because of it.
I went in to Midas because my brake light came on...They took my front tire off to check these brakes. Then told me that I needed the following work done, I didn’t have the money at that time so I told them I’d be back. When I was leaving they told me that when I get in my car I should hear a clicking sound from my wheels and it is normal.
Yesterday I was driving and my entire front tire came off while I was in traffic.
I could’ve DIED if I didn’t think quickly.
I received help and got a tow home.
Now Midas isn’t taking responsibility for my near death experience when they were the ones who touched my tires last.
My mom got on the phone with the manager and he told her that I had custom tires and custom spacers or whatever. None of this was said at my visit.
The tire could only come off if the lugs weren’t screwed on correctly.
He claimed one of the lugs were already messed up, WELL if that was true I’m pretty sure it would’ve been brought up in some type of taxable charge.
I’m happy I didn’t die due to the negligence of Midas.

I was stranded for hours waiting for a tow truck to arrive so I can take it to get it serviced, however they never showed up, so I took matters into my own hands and this Midas showed exemplary customer service and care. I had two flat tires due to a pothole. I replaced one with my spare and the other I brought here to get it replaced, before I left though I was told to come back since they had a tire waiting for me, despite them closing soon! So after I got my car tire replaced I came straight back and had them replace my other tire so I wouldn’t be driving with my spare. Although I had a bad start to the day, Midas made my day better with their services by extending a helping hand and getting my car fixed up. I highly recommend this location.

Dan (who has been at front desk the last four times I've been) is always professional, courteous, and caring. It is such a relief to find someone who genuinely wants to do the right thing by people. This team always treats my car and me well. They've made a lifelong customer.

I came to leave a great review on this location and I seen the negative review Nuchu and Eyob. They are husband and wife. Me and my family were there during this incident. The man came in and said he wanted a oil change because his car was over heating. The rep behind the counter explained that a oil change would not fix a over heating problem and that he may have another issue going on. A fee minutes later the rep asked the customer to come out into the shop with him so he could shoe him his car. They came back in and the rep was explaining about how the broken heater hose on that vehicle is common and the he recommends replacing both sets of heater hose assemblies and the thermostat and housing because the vehicle over heated and that the thermostat might stick because of the over heating. The customer asked for the price. The rep president the customer with a price and even told the customer that he didn't have to do the thermostat it was just suggested because the vehicle overheated. The customer told him to do it all. The rep verified with the customer and asked if he did want the thermostat and the customer said yes. The rep said " so you want to do it all" and the customer said yes. I was impressed by how the rep gave the customer the options and did force the customer to do everything. Then when the customers vehicle was done and the rep went to close the invoice the customer said he didn't have that kind of money. I hear the rep give the man the price on what it was going to cost. The customer refused to pay. The wife was not even there in the beginning of all of this she came there after the work was done on the car.
I did hear the customer say that he thought the cost for everything was 70.00. Which did make sense because he was told in the beginning that the oil change alone was 80 something dollars.
I can not believe that there are people like this trying to get repairs done and not pay for it. This shop explained everything to me even took me out in the shop and showed me what was wrong with my car. Showed me a detailed estimate on what it was going to cost to fix my car. The rep was very knowledgeable and help us understand what was wrong with our car and why some of the repairs needed to be done. So people please ignore the negative reviews by the husband and wife. I believe that they were out to scam their way to get repairs done for free. This location is very honest and very fair priced. I did check around on the cost of my repairs and they were either on point with other shops and even a lot lower than a fee in the area. May God bless these guys they didn't deserve the negative reviews by these 2.
