Been coming here for probably a couple of years. Like any auto shop, they will try to upsell you, but of course there's always a little wiggle room in the prices so don't say yes to anything right away. 😉 In any event, they offer multiple financing options (some requiring only a soft credit pull). I keep coming back because they truly do have competitive oil change prices. For instance, full synthetic was $50 with a coupon, whereas another place tried to charge me about $93. Jessie and Brian work the front desk and are both really personable and down-to-earth. Their technicians will get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time; I was there about an hour for an oil change, multiple filter changes, an alignment, and some light body work -- the latter of which they repaired for free without my even asking). I would recommend this Midas to friends/family.

Be cautious, this is not a honest place to fix your car. I went there to check if I need to replace my Brakes because dealer said I should. When I got there, someone who called himself as the manager said I would be charged for a diagnostic fee of $49. I said I had never been asked to pay such fee before, and I was ready to leave. Then he changed and said that he would do it for free. I asked the price for replacing the brake pad and motor, he said he couldn’t tell me before looking at my car. He and a technician went to take a look at my car, I asked the technician a question, I heard the manager asked the technician not to say anything. Again, I asked the manager how much it would cost me on the brake/motor replacement, he said he couldn’t tell me without checking on his system. We went inside the store, I asked if he was able to tell me the price now. He said he couldn’t without taking off the wheels and checking on everything. All I need is the price for the brake and motor, but he tried to keep finding another excuse for not telling.
How could a store manager unable to provide an estimate? Wasted 15 minutes, not getting anything, the only reason why he wouldn’t give an estimate, is just because he tried to scam me if I allowed him to take my car, and start telling a lot of other things that need to be replaced or fixed. This is even worse than the dealers. I am not sure if they have management change, but I did meet a nice gentleman in my last service a few months ago.

I dont really write reviews but this had to be done. The staff here had been very helpful and incredible. Management did everything to help me with my car issues. They will go above and beyond to help. Highly recommend if you need help with your problems come here they will get you done right.

very bad experience. as a customer if i am told that it would cost $568 ($406.99 for o2 sensor which they bought it in next auto zone for very less price), i would not have agreed to proceed. their business model for any problem is to lock customer that they will do diagnostic for 170 which they will not charge if later their services are accepted. i will never visit this place or midas ever. very disappointed

Awesome Service and Price Match – Highly Recommend
I had a fantastic experience at Midas in Bellaire for a tire rotation; from the moment I walked in, the vibe was super friendly. But what really blew me away was (Brian) the manager’s willingness to price match a Groupon I had that ended up being for another shop but had Midas' address on it in error (which was the only reason I bought the Groupon). Brian was all in, no questions asked! He quickly checked the coupon, confirmed the price, and boom—service done at a great rate.
The tire rotation itself? Fast and flawless. Brian got me in without an appointment and out within 30 minutes. The techs were thorough and quick, and I was in and out way faster than I expected.
If you’re in need of tire services, don’t hesitate—this place is the real deal. I’ll definitely be back next time.

The manager had a very know it all attitude and they up charge you a lot. Doesn’t seem like a genuine place to get your car fixed more of a money grab place. I will definitely get serviced else where! They also never answer the phones or reply in 30 minutes like their email online says.

Made an appointment but still had to wait for awhile to be helped. That was mostly fine. Had my alignment done and the car is still pulling as much as it was originally. Drove for a few days hoping it would even out, no. Called and they told me if you don't go back the same day it's not covered unless you buy a warranty, which I wasn't even offered. So it was wasted time and money as they did not do the work correctly. Don't use this place.

Want to get a oil change a few weeks ago. yesterday my car starts running real funny then my check engine light pops on, ao I open the hood to see what's going on and I find a wrench a screw and a paper towel next to the motor. I checked my oil and there is no oil in the car! this is totally unacceptable totally unacceptable!!! I don't know what type of engine problem it may have caused I may have to get a whole new engine this is a 2021!
