Their products are cute and affordable. However this location needs to work on training their employees to not obviously follow customers around. I understand the process of loss prevention myself as a fellow retail employee, however if you are going to blatantly follow my partner and I around the store just because we are “alternative” looking, you’ve very clearly lost business for your store. Do better and learn to not judge people for their appearances.

Love this place. They have a deal if you follow the specific store and tag them they give you a treat but I don't have social media. Doesn't matter stuff is super cute reasonable prices. It's organized more by character and things it's not really comparable to daiso it's more expensive but kinda more geared towards kids stuff ect. I still bought stuff and went back for a few more Lil gifty things.

Don’t come to this store. It’s unfortunate I even have to mention this but I’m a black girl, and I came in the store to buy gifts for my sister. There were two female workers there at the time, and from the moment I entered the store I noticed I was being watched and followed around. I was there for about 20 minutes before I decided to leave, hoping to find the perfect gifts for my sister and throughout that entire time I was watched & followed. About 10 minutes into being there I noticed security enter out of no where and he’s also watching me while trying to remain discreet. Mind you there were 2 other shoppers in the store who were not black and they were able to shop without anyone taking a glance at them. EXTREMLY disappointed about this discriminative experience, I felt so uncomfortable and in shock. Beyond racist encounter. Never spending my money here.

We just happened to stumble upon this location!!! Great customer service, clean and organized store and very well stocked! This location is also bigger than the mall location s as well. I highly recommend this store!!

just happened to spot this store while waiting at the traffic light and caught my eye since it look like an Asian gift shop from a distance and made sure to stop by next time which I did on week night
cute little kitschy gift shop store that sells hello kitty and friends stuff as well as other cartoon? characters such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
gave it 3 stars because most items are quite expensive, a bit overpriced but they are cute though

I went in for the first time with my niece around 7pm. We were both in awe of the items because we’ve never seen so many cute merchandise in one store. Immediately notice the two female cashiers mocking us, and talking amongst each other giggling and staring. We walked around the store a bit, and they continued to laugh and mock us until we got near the snacks by the register where they began to whisper and give us stink eye. I didn’t address it, and I’m glad I didn’t give my money. I will not be coming back, and this location seriously needs better training or new staff. As a cashier in my younger age I would never disrespect someone for their appearance or race. I’m very disappointed.
