I had a simple head cold, that devolved into a raging chest infection with a temp between 102.7*-103.4*. I'm stubborn and refuse help, so it got worse and worse. I was miserable and not sleeping from the coughing, dizzy, vision messing up (from the fever), and constant pain. I scheduled for 4:30, and was called in 15 minutes early within seconds of my online check-in, which was great!I was seen by Nhu, and after a quick assessment she ruled out my worst fears (bronchitis and pneumonia) and let me know we could quickly fix me. The whole assessment took maybe ten minutes total to cut to the core of the issues. With my VA status I made it over to the pharmacy and paid less than $20 for the week's antibiotics. Within 18 hours my fever was broken and I actually slept for the first time in seven days!Nhu actually called and followed up when wifey sent me to the store to buy fruit for myself the following day. I'm now well over half way through my antibiotic cycle and the junk in my has cleared up and I'm a functional human again.I would definitely work with Nhu again! She was great! I should have gone much sooner. Thank you!-Doug

I would've given 1 STAR for a visit I had 2 month ago, when I came in for a bad headache that I had woken up with but my job forced me to go get a sick note to take the day off. I literally had no other symptoms and NP Riju Chapagain Tiwari forced me to get a COVID test. I begged and pleaded to just get my note and finish the check up but they refused, and she still told the nurse to force me to take the test. That can't be legal, I felt like I was in a psych ward. The nurse tech isn't innocent though, I don't know her name but she leaves a bad taste in your mouth with her mean tone and demeanor, the whole experience was far from safe and loving.I went again today though, and the same distasteful nurse tech was there. But I didn't see NP Riju Tiwari, I hope she was fired and I wish she would take her nurse tech down with her. I've read the other reviews and I'm not surprised those two individuals are mean and can get meaner if provoked.I saw NP Le Truong instead today, and she was perfect, an angel really. She would've earned the clinic 5 STARS if she didn't have the mean nurse tech.

Nurse didn't wear gloves, at all. Did a piece of freshly unwrapped testing equipment fall onto the floor after it was bare hand handled? Yes. Was it replaced with a new piece of freshly unwrapped bare handed equipment? That's a negative Ghost Rider. I feel more than a little disgusted by those facts. Did I want to be a Karen and speak to the manager...absolutely. Did I want to stand up, and physically put gloves on miss lady no gloves, screaming no glove no love?? You better believe it.Instead, I just pushed all of that disgust deep deep down, and kept all of my hygiene comments to myself- deciding instead, to post about it on the internet.I'll not be returning to that place.update: I just received my bill and was charged almost 200 dollars (with insurance) for this visit. I think that we could have gotten more hygienic service from the Waffle House dumpster...

Don’t go here for PPD. The provider clearly hasn’t been trained. She called it positive. I got a second opinion at a different CVS. That provider agrees it’s negative but won’t “step on the toes” of the previous provider so they won’t change it. So now I have to make an additional appointment with my PCP to get an unnecessary chest X-ray for their incompetence.

Ebone was rude and unprofessional. She was also very late. I ended up being there for 3hrs just for a test that took 10mins.

I brought my son to the minute clinic and the woman who saw him, Riju Chapagain Tiwari, was extremely rude to me, my husband and my sick child. We were scolded for not checking in at the clinic, even though we followed all of the online steps and didn't know any better. There was not a worker in sight to tell us differently. Turns out what we filled out online was enough and the kiosk rejected the second attempt at signing in. We were scolded again for being late and this was in a raised voice, directed at my husband and 9 year old. My son apologized to her and she looked at him and said nothing.First of all, we were literally 2 minutes late and waited sitting in the lobby for over 5 minutes before even seeing an employee. Secondly, even though we walked in at 2:22 for a 2:20 appointment and were not approached until 2:29, that is not a reason to raise your voice at a child. She also proceeded to complain that she was very busy and we had thrown off her schedule. This lobby was empty from the time we got there until we left. This is not the first incident I have had with this location, but I felt the need to say something this time. People have bad days but you don't direct that at sick kids. The 2nd star is for cleanliness of the facility and getting a prescription for my son.

I was on time for my appointment but had to wait for someone else to finish using the kiosk before I could sign in. I finally got to the kiosk right at my appointment time and my appointment was cancelled. No other appointments available at any location until tomorrow. Nurse was extremely rude.

Minute clinic technician not professional at all. Got there few minutes after my appointment and try to check in but computer was not working right. By the time I try several times I end up going to the pharmacist and front cashier to see if anyone was working at the minute clinic. 30 min later the technician came out of her office and didn't want to see me because it was past the time of my appointment. Explain the situation and how I been there for the longest and very ruthlessly told me to go home and make another appointment. She didn't even want to listen to me. Not nice or professional especially since I was struggling to check in and would of make it on time if she would of come out to help and she was no where to help.

MinuteClinic staff has been wonderful to us, my daughter and myself. The front desk, x-ray tech, nurses, and nurse practitioners are always friendly, caring, and helpful. We've been very frequently in the last 6 months, and we've received the best care consistently since day one. They've been and still are my first choice urgent care matters.

I arrived with my daughter at 11 am and the nurse practitioner and her nurse assistant were rude and very unaccommodating to the fact we had separate appointments made hours apart on the same day yet had no problem having us in the same room for the first appointment. 4 hour wait for a 15 minute rapid test.

EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending. They had no reason to talk down to me. It takes very little energy to be nice. I traveled to far to this location for the nurse and practitioner to be rude. I could care less if it is the end of their day. I deserve to be treated just like any other patient. But I see from the previous reviews, maybe I don't want to be treated how they treat other patients. Based on the other reviews they have a pattern of rudeness. Will never go here.

Demand to see what they are charging you for before they run your card. They make you pre authorize a credit card and will just run it at the end of your appointment. It took 5 months to get a refund when I was overcharged. This place needs to be investigated by the texas medal board for fraud. They charge for more than what you go there for.
