I came here for routine labs required by my school (including PPD) and was given an order for CXR. However, no imaging center would accept the order since it was signed by a NP with no mention of the supervising physician. I attempted to reach any of the providers or even any person at CVS pharmacy to find out who the supervising physician was, but I was unable to since the phone number only allows us to speak to a very annoying and incompetent robot who only knows store hours. At the end of the call, I was asked if my question was resolved (no), if I would like to talk to someone (yes), and then the robot proceeded to tell me that I should probably "call my local CVS pharmacy" (which is literally what I was doing...).In short, I was charged money for labs and given an unusable order by an unreachable NP who is unable to correct her mistake on my order. I will likely have to go repeat this whole process (2x the time and money) at a real clinic to get an order that will be accepted by imaging centers. The frustration of dealing with such incompetence and lack of regard for their patients is not worth the supposed "convenience" of minute clinic.

I got charged $70 after my last visit 1 1/2 years ago. I don’t understand why! I’ve got full coverage

Trust the reviews. This location sucks. Had an appointment and wasn’t even acknowledged till 20 mins later. They were so unorganized. I had an appointment and she didn’t even know what I was coming in for. I wasted my time driving there because they didn’t have what they needed for my appointment. If you know you can’t service someone at least let us know so we don’t our time!! So yourself the time and don’t book here.

After a handful of visits to this Minute Clinic I am done. A terrible business decision with an impossible kiosk to deal with to sign in even when you already have a confirmed appointment. While the lady before me was struggling to sign in, an employee said I could check in with the link on the phone. Oops, no link sent! Gets worse every time I go there. Can’t deal with such a poorly thought out business set up. My time is too valuable. Never again, CVS!

Would leave 0 stars if it will let me. Showed up at 12:45 for my 1:00pm appt. Nobody knows what the hell is going on. They don’t even know who has an appointment, finally get asked if I’m ready at 1:50 to be told, we are going to lunch and we’ll be back at 2:30. Bye. Waste of time. Never going back. I don’t know maybe take lunch at different times. Not shut down the entire minute clinic AND pharmacy in the middle of the day!!! Great idea, absolutely terrible execution.

Be VERY CAREFUL! Blue cross blue shield Texas doesn't always pay. Went in for a quick preventive travel visit (covered 100% according to my benefits). The end-of-visit paperwork had an estimated payment of ZERO. THEN THE BILLS START COMING. I called blue cross twice, finally got half the bill covered, still had to pay the other half. Apparently something to do with this specific one NOT being a preferred provider at the time of the visit. Really? It's a CVS minute clinic - why was this one not preferred, but others in Houston are??Not worth it - just go to a REAL medical office that bills correctly and you pay according to your published benefits! One star because NP Willis was nice, competent, and on time.

Had the most exceptional experience here! Mel was amazing and so sweet. She gave us typhoid injections and was absolutely so kind to be with the entire time. She made the experience enjoyable - which I never thought I’d say for an injection appointment!

This place is NOT a minute of your life. More like 1+ hour, with appointment, for a simple throat swab. No one comes out to give you paperwork in a timely manner. You just sit in these super uncomfortable chairs forever, wondering what's going on. No admin or any way to check on timing. Go anywhere else, especially if you feel poorly and don't want to sit out in public for hours, unattended.

Drove all the way here just to learn that they close at 7 and not 7:30. She said she had to do closing duties. Then change the hours. If you stop seeing patients at 7 then your hours should reflect that you close at 7. Poor service.

Came here for a wellness check up. The check up was really thorough and I was happy with the visit and service overall. Reason I took off one star was because I had to wait about 45min before I was seen by the nurse, and there was a delay in delivering my blood sample to the testing lab leading to inaccurate results for my glucose levels.

I went here for a test. I got charged 59 dollars and sent to quest who had their own charges for test. Why say you can do a test if you are forwarding folks to other labs. Do not come here. Complete waste of time

Update: i waited over an hour before I was seen. I am so livid. Never will I step foot in a minute clinic againI have never been so annoyed!!! I simply need a signature stating my TB test is negative. My appt was at 6:40 and I have been here since 6:35 for something that literally takes 30 seconds. It's stated as just a TB read under my appt type as well. I have been here almost 45 min!!! I will never be returning to any minute clinic in the future. This is absurd!
