I had great experience at this location. While true there isn't really walk-in appointments, you can walk in and schedule an appointment at the self service Kiosk. (Corporate might want to revisit how they market the walk in availability to avoid patient frustration)I arrived at 12pm and scheduled a appointment for 2:50pm. Yes i had to leave and come back, but at least I had a set time. I was able to go home and rest a bit. It was very easy to submit my info online and do all the pre-visit paperwork. Digital communication is great with reminders coming in via text.The clinic is very fresh and new looking. Looks well maintained and very clean. There is a screen with checked in patients listed so you know you are ready to be seen.They were very close to my appointment time I only waited 3 minutes.The staff were very friendly and kind. Made me feel ar easy right away and were genuinely concerned about my symptoms. They were efficient at getting vitals, doing a examination and providing results with in 15 minutes.My NP Tauvia Ross was very professional and thorough. She covered all the bases of what could be ailing me. She even walked me to sales floor to recommend great OTC options to treat my symptoms.Couldn't have been a better experience.Keep up the good work!

TERRIBLE. The staff is horrible here. They have zero communication skills or compassion. You’re working with sick people. You advertise for walk ins yet NEVER check on the waiting area except to switch your sign to lunch. At the point, acknowledging the human sitting there trying to be seen by you is just common sense. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I had an appointment but was trying to get in early as I’m feeling terrible. Based on that experience, I cancelled and will go else where. This is the second time I have had TERRIBLE interactions with the staff. Better to be sick than seen by these people.

It’s zero stars for me the physician was rude nobody was there I got there at 8:30 so I call the 800 number because it’s an hour later nobody there the physician said I was never there or check in this morning but I made a complaint on her. Oh I never got seen…

Depending what nurse attends you is how your appointment goes. I went to set an appointment Tuesday for the following day. The nurse was so helpful and kind… wasn’t till I got there for my appointment, other doc was so rude and gave off horrible energy overall. She didn’t explain what she was doing, talked to me in a horrible tone and when done… she handed me a prescription and said “take this to pharmacy” WITH NO EXPLANATION of the medicine or my results. Would love to go back when other doctor is available, other than that nope!

Terrible slow service! Service is super slow! Spend your time somewhere else. I made an appointment online. The kiosk shows me present, the nurse acknowledge me, but "was waiting for patient results". I came in for a sleep study assessment. Appointment at 11:10. I checked in at 10:40. I left at 2:30 pm after getting service. They have lunch at 1:30 to 2:30. Came back on Saturday. There is a lack of customer service as nurses are alone working with patients. Be prepared to wait over an hour. There is only one nurse on Sat. No regard for time. Spent 2.5 hours for results that were not given over phone and did not see the nurse. They care less to give any response. They only care about getting paid. I do not recommend this horrible service! Stay away!

Very rude and unprofessional, the physician was rude and disrespectful, rolling through the motions not worried about peoples care. Feels like I was at the DMV of CVS minute clinic With the attitude from the physician. The physician would not fax the paper work to where I needed it sent. Claimed she didn’t have time while playing on her phone while waiting.

BEWARE???♀️ Very unprofessional and rude medical team working during my visit! Only concern about Covid and never took anytime to discuss my issues behind closed doors but chose to talk to me in front of others. Additionally, I wasted 50 mins to be seen to them be turned away because of not wanting to see me!! Left horrible place went to Signature ER. Professional staff and they listened talked with me and not at me. Found out my blood pressure medication needed to be changed!The VA supports this company and this clinic Is horrible.

Nurse was very unprofessional and rude. Asked me a bunch of questions about COVID symptoms in the past two weeks. Then asked if I had been tested for COVID. I asked if she meant in the past two weeks or ever. She said it’s a yes or no question. Asked me if I was menopausal and I said no. She turned and gave me a stare and I said do you mean if I’m post menopausal. She said “you knew what I meant”. As she was going to take my blood pressure and I requested she take it on my forearm because on my upper arm I get dizzy. She said “no-there is no pulse there”. I said that all my doctors take it there and hospital too. She said “no-there is no pulse there”. I asked if other health professionals can get a reading that I thought she should be able to as well. She said no. I asked if we could proceed without a blood pressure and she said no. I got off the table and she said she was going to have to ask me to step back(like I was going to assault her or something). I told her that was t necessary because I was going to leave. I reported this to a lady that was working who was very nice. Don’t know if I got charged or not but this lady needs to be working somewhere else!

Do not go here ! They are rude unprofessional and definitely not customer friendly. Expect a long wait. Than expect to be over looked as others go before you than clearly arrived after. The nurse at the location is the absolute worst excuse for a person working in healthcare. I’m glad they canceled my appointment because honestly after my experience I wouldn’t want that woman touching my child !

Beyond BAD! My daughter waited over 2 hours for an appointment and kept receiving texts regarding her place in line. After 2 hours she went inside to check and found out they were gone to lunch until 2:30 then at 2:40 when they finally got back they LIED and told her that they had tried to call but it was the wrong number...but she received the texts. Don't go here unless you want to waste almost 3 hours! They need to get a more professional and competent staff! I only gave one star because I had to but honestly they score a big fat zero!

I had a scheduled appointment and had trouble checking in when I arrived, on time. My name was up next on the waiting list and instead of helping me out when it was my turn, I was skipped even though I explained my name was marked as “up Next” on the screen. After waiting over 45 minutes she comes out and calls some one else’s name. The customer service was terrible. A total waste and disregard for the customers time. I left because I was not going to wait 45 minutes and hope I would be helped.
