Absolutely dropped the ball on a 10,000 piece order. Completely screwed up the sample order the first time after being given measurements as well as a sample of what we wanted. Was told it would be corrected and completed the following work day. Now it has been a week and nothing. Called twice today and emailed but no response. Will change this review if they ever get around to handling my order.
Update: After some conversation they corrected the mistake and got the it alll correct. Well done on the final product.

Terrible customer service and poor quality work. Belinda the owner seems to care little about the customers and has so far been rude and dismissive. Will not return calls concerning poor workmanship.Please do not use this printer.

Doesn’t care about customer service. Only cares about money. REPEAT DOES NOT CARE about customer relations. Please be warn to double check their employees mistakes on your proof!!!!!We’re trying to start up a new company and move facility and they give no grace even when we USE to be a repeating customer.
