The Wallisville location is decent, however the vacuums need to be serviced because some are not working and the automated rollers moved my mirrors and put them out of place. Please get this corrected. Thanks.

Got a car wash. I go 4 times a week. I don't take my car to Mister Car Wash if there is a truck in front of me. The staff does not check the back of trucks.

I have been going here for a little over 2 years now and have always had a pleasant experience, and my car always comes out looking great especially when I’m just passing by and need a quick wash. Shoutout to Jessica for helping me jumpstart my car when the battery died on one of my visits, the customer service she and the team provides is perfect to say the least I couldn’t have asked for more.

I've been with them for 5 years and have had one downfall where the machine pulled my Ford emblem off the
Front of my vehicle and they ordered the part from Ford and repaired it great company I can not complain

Had a broken side mirror caused by driving through this locations car wash. They gave me a case number and claimed they would pay for the damage but now I am going back and forth with them because my card was charged for services they claimed they would be responsible for. No one has tried contacting me or resolving this issue. They do not value their loyal customers.

Broken side mirror-
I’m very disappointed that this happened to me yesterday at this location. Currently waiting on a call/email back to see how this issue will be resolved. I’ve been a loyal member for almost 10 years so I hope this process goes smoothly. I would hate to leave Mister car wash for good.

Terrible, but Terrible service when it comes to the claim with incident, on April 19 this is what happened with JEEP, they ended up configuring the washing option incorrectly and damaged my front glass. Until now, still waiting ? for them to approve the credit to repair the problem that they themselves caused. I have already sent and written to all the emails and sites that notified me and still nothing!!!

If you have a complaint of services it will not get resolved. I cancelled my Titanium membership.
