Mister car wash use to do the best car washes but I am disappointed lately. Service is way down. Today I had them wash my car and they used a dirty towel on my back windshield leaving circular smears all over it. This is twice now they have done a poor job of washing my car. I live in the suburbs, it's not close for me and I drove out to their Kirby location to get a decent quality car wash and the back windshield looks worse than before I went.

Raymundo Chavez (CSA) is extremely rude and disrespectful. He always has an attitude whenever we show up at the car wash. He should be terminated for the way he treats the customers.

One of the Customer Service Advisors were being extremely rude and disrespectful towards my family and myself during our visit to this particular location. We made multiple attempts to speak with the General Manager (Armando Villegas) regarding one of the CSA over charging us and being extremely rude and disrespectful. It just seemed like no one cared to take care of us or to even come up with a solution.. Why are we be charged multiple times and not getting our refund? Never will we ever come to this Mister Car Wash again. We want to get a hold of Corporate regarding this matter. This isn't right nor is it fair

$46 for Titanium car wash, they did not even vacuum. We gave tip up front because they ask for tip before washing. Inside my truck was not wiped down. Quite a disappointment. Only went here because we wanted to eat at Carrabba's across the street while waiting for car wash.

Just paid for the Platinum service for $42. It went through the auto wash and wax. I was super shocked when they waved me to come get my car within 2 minutes. Literally! Wtf? Apparently their interior cleaning no longer includes wiping down the interior of the car. Dash was still dusty! I have rubber front mats that had not been touched. I asked the guy there why they didn't clean the mats. He answered that they only clean the carpeted mats, not the rubber ones. Huh?? The platinum service also no longer includes a wheel shine either! This place has changed for the worse. For $42, I had to clean my dash and rubber mats myself when I got home and my rag was filthy. I should have just paid for the basic wash since the guys that take your car after the wash basically do nothing. Also, they no longer have free popcorn! Boos all around. I won't be back.

Really needed my car washed quick and I reluctantly pulled in to get it done at Mr. Car Wash. Paid for the Titanium plus tip for a total of $53 dollars. The interior of the car was not even done and I was told they only do "lightly dusting" of the interior. Total rip-off, will never be back and from the looks of the other reviews, other customers feel the same way. Very sad, when it was local Mr. Car Wash, it was my favorite place.

Paid $46 package with new car smell. We left with crumbs still in the front and back seats, the car smells like mildew now (was it dirty rags, I'm not sure), and for the same time they took we could've self washed our car and it come out better. Not worth the price.

I joined this place for their unlimited basic car wash, which means I can come as often as I like and can go through their dedicated member lanes for quicker entry. This location tends to have long lines on the weekends so I try to go during off peak hours and I get through super quick. As for their other services, I have tried their interior cleaning a handful of times over the years and it's just not that great. I always find smudges or dirt here and there and feel like they aren't particularly detailed in their cleanings. The positive: the waiting area is always kept clean and air conditioned and there are plenty of places to sit while you wait for your car to be cleaned. However, I will just be sticking to the exterior car washes for now.

First and last time in this place. Horrible costumer service. The guys doesn't even want to dry the car. Even if you pay full service you end up cleaning and drying the car yourself because they are just lazy. Quite expensive for the quality. Not recommended at all. The manager, doesn't even care about the issues or comment that you make them.

I called the number you gave me. It was no body answer for my phone on Saturday and Sunday. Today I called it again, but it was holding for a long time. The store assistant manager, Jacoby Toussaint KNOWS my husband phone number who drove my Porsche at the day. We are waiting for his phone call. I'm sure he forgot and he didn't order my side mirror at Porsche shop. I'm driving my car WITHOUT a side mirror over weeks now! *You can tell his BOSS to make him give a phone call to us ASAP!!!! These are my questions for your store. #1. How many more days I have to wait for my car is fixed? I guess over months. #2. During my car is in a shop, I need a car with me so, I request you for a rental car (about same class of Porsche) #3. I live in one hour away from Houston. Plus, I had a big surgery recently, I'm not good condition for one hour Highway driving, but Your store told me take my car to fix at somewhere in Houston. So, I need someone come over to take my car to your shop.

this carwash is a rip off. Being a member and pay $32 a month and still I have to pay them to have my car vacuum. Jason the manager has no customer service skills. He can't even talk to customers. horrible.
