I called for an emissions test and they told me it’s a 10 minute wait. I got there in 3 minutes and all of a sudden they didn’t have time and told me to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and they told me that they could not help me today.

Tony plugged a slow leak in one of my tires. I watched him work on my tire and another woman's tire before mine. He was thorough, efficient & definitely knew what he was doing.

This is the Fifth time the guy Has outright lied that the lottery machine is down , I told him You've told me Everytime the machine is down but he's discrimination against the people . I will report the car center to the Texas attorney general and I will have the lottery commission removed his machine since he wants to be allowed to discrimination. I will support equality by never ever doing business at this Exxon car center .

Called here to inquire if the do vehicle inspections. I was told they do and rush are $16.50. I live 3 minutes from here leave straight out and go there only to be told they are not doing them right now….

5 star customer service. I was in a bit of a bind as my starter failed while I was at this Exxon getting gas. KC at Roberts Car Care helped me out tremendously with a few things, including a quick turnaround for a replacement at a fair price.

I’ve been getting gas here for years. Today I decided to try the full service option because I needed window washer fluid.
After they checked my tire pressure, window fluid, and filled my tank - and after I paid, and tipped - one guy came back and informed me that all of a sudden he saw a nail on my tire (it was located right by the air cap). They obviously placed the nail on the tire because it was still loose and and sticking out. They immediately had all the tools to fix it. I definitely got scammed here. Get the gas - don’t get the service!

Everyone at Roberts Exxon is wonderful! I have been going there for many years and have complete confidence and trust in KC and everyone that works there! They are so nice and I feel like they really look out for me! They are the best!

I live very close to this shop and have used them for oil changes, tune ups before long road trips, and to diagnose small problems. They are quick, usually without a long wait, and are small and efficient enough to always talk to you about what was going on with your car.

Be careful there are some car mechanics that purposely put nails on the road or would key your vehicle, just to get more customers. Not saying they do it but I’ve seen it online. And honestly it’s a scummy thing to do but also smart.

For the eight years that I've lived here West U I've come to depend on Roberts for car inspections and plugging tires they have "collected" random nails and screws here in Houston. They do great quality work, and they are able to do it very quickly. Super nice guys as well! I highly recommend!
