Huge shout out to Jay and Kim!! My rescue dog was so badly behaved… he had been kicked out of 3 daycares, tore up my entire hallway, locked me out of my house, tormented my other dog, etc... I was afraid that I would have to give him up. Molly’s is now Hank’s second home. He spends 5 days a week in the fitness program and LOVES it. Thank you Jay for turning him into an angel and saving our relationship!

I boarded my German Shepherd earlier this year in April. When I handed him to the staff he had his prong collar on. About 2 days later, I get a text from the staff informing me that he had a WOUND on his neck. They said it appeared to be an abscess on his neck that had opened up and blamed the prong collar. I told them that at home he doesn’t even wear the prong collar and that I had never noticed any bumps on his neck before dropping him off. I took him to his vet to get his wound examined and the vet said it could’ve been a (1) abscess that popped or a (2) bite based off examination of the wound. I appreciate that the boarding placed informed me soon and was responsive in this situation. However, I am very skeptical of this place because even if it was an abscess, the way it ruptured resulted in a lot of inflammation that I could only imagine happened due to improper handling of my poor dog. All I can say is be cautious. Never going back here again. I don’t think I can even post photos since they are gory and against the guidelines.

It’s truly a special place for my dogs

I have taken all my dogs over the past 18 years to Molly's when they were located in Midtown and then when they relocated to North Sheppard. My Labs and Dalmatians all got the best care. I never had to worry about the safety of my babies when they were at Molly's. Now, my female Dalmatian Daisy, goes every week. She is very animated and active, and the staff knows how to monitor and maintain a healthy environment for her. I strongly recommend Molly’s.

My dog HATES bath time and getting her nails trimmed but she LOVES Danny the groomer so much! She just stares at him and let's him do whatever he wants, which is fine by me because he always makes her look amazing! I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so. I'm so picky about where I take my dog but the respect and love the staff have for animals has won me over time and time again. If you are looking for a place that puts the animals welfare above making a quick buck then this is the place to bring your furbaby!!!

I've never taken my dog anywhere else, but she loves it here. We do weekly daycare and boarding whenever I travel. The staff are great and attentive. Have several friends who bring their dogs here also.

I send my pup here weekly for day care and board when I'm on vacation. They're always attentive, everyone who walks through the front recognizes her by name as soon as we arrive. Have a few friends who bring their dogs also and everyone has had a great experience. There are other facilities on Shepherd, but this one closes at 7p which is great for my schedule. The play groups are smaller than other places for the same rate.

Do not take your dog here to be groomed! We have never had an issue with getting our dog regularly groomed before but after our experience at Molly’s, they’re now terrified of the groomer. I don’t know what happened but our dog’s eyes and skin were incredibly irritated and had little cuts across body. There were several popped blood vessels in each eye to where the whites of the eyes were nothing but blood. It smelled like they had sprayed cologne all over her and she was still covered in loose hair. And it took almost four hours, which is ridiculous for a dog to sit in a kennel around other loud, stressed dogs for that amount of time.

Great staff . Our dogs love it here and we feel secure with them being there when we are gone . They are very accommodating, this late drop off I needed to come in early to do drop off and Amaya was so helpful and made it a smooth process. She even gave me her info just in case the other staff memueres were busy . When I arrived Josh was already waiting on me to get the pups . We love this place and would recommend it to others ! Thanks again guys

We love Molly's mutt house . They are always very attentive to our big doggies when we are away. I always call and check on them and they give me all the deets . I was especially impressed the other dog when they allowed me to drop my dogs off early since I had to go work at the hospital for 12 hours . Amaya made the arrangements and she was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process . She even gave me her information just in case no one was at the door . When I arrived Josh was already waiting on me . He was very friendly and helpful as well . They truly made a stressful situation for me feel so easy our family appreciates y'all !

I highly recommend taking your pup(s) to Molly's! The staff is fantastic - always helpful and friendly. One of our dogs attends fitness day camp, and Jae and Kimberly have done an amazing job of helping her become more confident. She's a much happier and less stressed out dog since she started working with them. Also, the products they sell are great, and even my pickiest eaters enjoy the food toppers I buy there.

We love Molly’s. Our doggos always come out looking fresh and clean. We recently moved and will likely be looking for a new spot, new ownership has raised prices significantly to the point where 3 dogs might break the bank.

Easy registration and checkin process for boarding. However, the “suites” are just cages with clear glass. The dogs don’t interact with each other. The backyard area is small. You can pay for upgrades for playtime and treats. So, it’s very basic in its offering but flexible if you want to upgrade with add-one of your choice.

This place is good. People are polite and nice! But prices are higher then in other places, unfortunately. The quality could be better for such a price.
