This is my second time going to Momentum. Henry is extremely knowledgeable. A family member had an accident in my car and took it somewhere else for repairs only for me to have to come back to Momentum to correct the poor repairs that the other company did. Next time I’ll just come here first! Thank you Henry for taking the time to help me get the best repairs!

I experienced an accident in my BMW X5 and I was lucky enough to work with Henry. He made this process a smooth experience. He was on top of everything, extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. He was constantly giving me me updates and the level of customer service I received frim him was above and beyond.

I picked up my Range Rover yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. I normally don’t write reviews but wanted to share how awesome Joe Abrego was during the whole process. He made me and my daughter feel like family and that goes a long way for me.

Henry was my service advisor who went above and beyond in order to get my 2019 BMW 540i looking like brand new again, making my insurance company cover all of the required repairs. Despite the poor circumstances, my experience lead by Henry in getting my car repaired, and covered under insurance was a breeze.

Audi dealer suggested me to take my Audi to BMW collision center for repair and the customer service was great! Mr. Henry took care very well the estimate and work with the insurance. Very professional.

Please go to another location. Do not bring your vehicle to momentum collision center. I was trying my best not to leave a negative review but this is ridiculous. I was very skeptical about bringing my vehicle to the shop due to the star rating and reviews. Even after talking to the receptionist, she told me I had nothing to worry about. I should have went with my first mindset. I had an insurance claim and this shop took so long to repair my vehicle until I had to pay for my rental car because the insurance company would not pay any more days for the rental car due to how long it was taking these people to fix my vehicle and When I told the service advisor, Joseph Abrego, about it, he didn't care and stated there's nothing he can do about it even though they are the ones causing the delay. They kept telling me they're waiting on a part and I end up calling the dealer myself and the dealer has the part so I'm not sure where they're getting the part from. Someone dropped the ball. I end up picking up my vehicle because I wasn't going to pay for anymore rental car days. I had to argue with the service advisor, Joseph Abrego, about giving me some type of proof/validation that I will get the part that they will ordered and that they will install it once they receive it. I end up asking for the manager name and number and of course the service advisor, Joseph Abrego, did not want to give me the manager's full name and number. I had to drive to the next day and ask for the manager. After talking to the manager, Landon Mckeehan, he wrote it on the invoice that I am still pending a part to complete the work, which is all I wanted from the service advisor. That was going to be the only way I pick up my vehicle and pay these people because once I leave the grounds of the shop, I had no guarantee that they were going to ever call me to install the part that is missing. When I finally picked up my vehicle, they were still issues with the bumper and the vehicle was missing the license plate light cover with the bulb. I had to get them to fix the bumper and they told me that they were going to order me the light cover for the license plate. They got an aftermarket bumper and did not install the chrome strips on the bumper correctly. It was peeling off. I still haven't received the parts or received a call as of now and it's been a week since I've picked up my vehicle from this shop. Please pay attention to the stars and reviews. Do not take your vehicle to this shop if you don't want any delays and problems.

I took my vehicle in due to rear-end damage. Mark Castaneda kept me up to date throughout the entire process. My car looks as good as new. The level of professionalism I experienced makes me confident to bring my car here for future service.

I brought my 2024 Range Rover for a vandalism claim. My advisor Henry CabreraBonilla could not have been a better professional during the process. Basically it started with the insurance pushing the claim to be a simple 2 window replacement well under my deductible. However, Henry was very thorough and timely found scratches and damages from broken glass inside and outside of the car. The process took a while as these cars parts are not readily available. Henry was very responsive throughout the entire claim. I highly recommend him if you ever work with Momentum Collusion Center. Also Edith at the front desk is a pleasure to work with. Thank you to both Henry and Edith.

I took my M4 into this place and right from the start I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. The staff are skilled at making you feel respected and valued as a customer. Henry, my service guy was very helpful and interested in my my experience memorable. I would recommend Momentum Collision Center to any one who is looking for an awesome service for their car repairs and quality work. My car looks better today than it did when I bought the it.

I had brought my car in for Nehemiah Nelson. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
Nehemiah was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my vehicle and the reason for the two. He provided a detailed explanation upfront, so I knew exactly what to expect. Throughout the whole situation, he kept me updated on the status and status of the car.
Nehemiah in particular stands out as an exceptional advisor who puts customer satisfaction first. I highly recommend working with him for all your auto repair needs.

Well I would like to say that I love BMW vehicles! I’ve had several visits to the body shop as well.
My guy Henry is who I deal with now because I’ve been there so many times due to accidents. I’ve stopped by while my vehicle was being worked and he took me on a tour in the body shop area to see the progress of my vehicle. I thought that was cool.
He has always made sure that my babies are well groomed before I pick them up. He always go the extra mile without being asked.
He is very honest and he will definitely do whatever it takes to make the customer happy!
I’m a very picky customer so if it ain’t right to him he ain’t giving you your car back until it meets his standards.
I love that about him… he cares about his work. If you have any problems after you pick up your car, just call him and he’ll tell you just bring it back to him when you get a chance. No questions asked!
It’s always a pleasure doing business with Henry.
