Please be aware of the sales team including management. The sales guy (Dereck) tends to over promise but when it came to sign, he was not available to deliver, also messaged saying someone would help us to get the deal done since he was not there. The new sales guy was clueless on the promises that were agreed upon. The manager Adrian who came over to present the numbers was less than eager to make a deal. He said he would go talk to the GM and next thing we knew the sales guy came back and apologized for the lies that we were told. Very unprofessional for Adrian to not even come back as management to address the situation and dishonesty from Dereck. They lure people in to come in with fake promises just to under deliver.

I recently purchased a 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I purchased a new car last month, the car was a demo/loaner car. My experience from the start was horrible due to bad communication with a salesman over the phone. I was adament about using another location,but due to time constraints this location was closer to job. I went in to the location refusing to work with the person from the phone call but the person I got there wasn’t much better. He always seems unengaged and more involved in his phone. After speaking with the manager she made the situation a little more manageable so continued with the deal. Another experience was dealing with finance and the lack of communication in that area as well. They didn’t communicate the extra fees you get when using your credit card, they also don’t allow you to decline the permaplate. They charge you $1500 for this option but they don’t hold up to their part of the bargain. I had a scratch on the car when I purchased it, took it in to be fixed and they never fixed it. I asked the manager about it and got no response. I asked her to just send me a paint pen to fix it myself and that never happened either. I asked for a refund since I was forced to pay for this option. Now they are refusing to refund me. Why are customers forced to pay for something they didn’t want or can’t even use. I’ve also called the corporate office twice to make a complaint and they seem to be very useless as well. They don’t return your calls. Good luck when purchasing from this company.

I recently purchased a car with Christie, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism and great customer service made the whole process easy and comfortable. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new car!

This dealership literally will not send an itemized breakout of fees to show total price.
Would rather play back and forth games of telephone, trying to hide/protect their fee structure rather than do what's best for the customer and negotiate in a transparent way.
I decided to pay slightly more at different VW dealership that was forthcoming and more considerate my time/experience.

My experience has been absolutely horrible. I purchased a 2025 VW Taos, and I’ve already had to bring it in twice for service. Each time, the customer service was terrible — the representatives were rude and dismissive.
On my most recent visit, the service rep told me he couldn’t help me get a rental car, even after I explained that I have a child to pick up from school and that I attend school myself. When I said I wanted to return the vehicle, he responded with an attitude, saying, “That’s fine, you can wait until 9 a.m. for a sales representative,” in a very rude tone.
I have never had such an awful experience with any dealership. I regret purchasing from here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Diana and Adrian were amazing. They were great at finding me the suv that I needed at an amazing price point. Diana was empathetic, really listened to what I was listing as my needs and matched me with a great vw suv in my price point. Adrian was super efficient and fast. He got me much better financing than my bank did. Elena the manager was great too by working in the background to make sure everything happened. If I ever need a vehicle again this is the first place I will go. I’m really happy with my experience here.

I inquired about a car online and a salesman called named Derek. He was helpful and he was very professional. I used my previous car for a down payment and left with a semi new car. Not a lot of miles and not a high car note. I would recommend him to family friends. He was awesome! And Volkswagen is a great car!
