(Translated by Google) Bad attention by the lady named Kimberly. He cannot work under work pressure. I don't know how many hours he had working, but the client deserves adequate attention at any time. She was very upset because there were so many people online.(Original)Mala atención por la señorita de nombre Kimberly . This is the closest Walmart near my home, never really had a problem there but don't really prefer to go there. Only because they're always very very busy and full of people. It takes me forever just to get through check out but of course they have everything I need.

If you need to buy gifts, go to Target instead of Walmart! I don't expect good service from Walmart, but even with my low expectations, this place is terrible. I came to buy some birthday presents for a little girl. Their checkout lines were way too long, so I went to the self checkout. There was no option to get a gift receipt. I asked the self checkout attendee for a gift receipt, and he said I had to go to customer service. The worker at customer service was named Otty. She was not friendly at all. I told her I needed a gift receipt. She gave me something of a disgusted look and said "For what". I pointed out the two toys I had purchased. She didn't know how to do the gift receipt, so she called the supervisor. The supervisor was friendlier, but she said they had to refund the toys then repurchase them. Otty also somewhat scolded me and told me to go to a regular checkout next time if I wanted a receipt. I told her I'd rather go to Target. I worked at Target 20 years ago, and even back then, the gift receipt procedure was so simple. They just scan your receipt and print out the gift receipt 2 seconds later. I can't believe Walmart has such a terrible procedure.

HORRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE! I wish they'd fire the "supervisor" and entire team while they're at it. Employees are usually dismissive and honestly lifeless but that's to be expected based on how poorly managed they are. Maybe with better management, the employees would know where to find items or maybe even feel inclined to ask IF I need help. LOL Or maybe with proper training the money center wouldn't take 30+ minutes to ONLY serve 4 people. (in a line of 20 every single time) I know where we're located is why we get such sh**ty service but try harder. This community is what pays your bills.

Walmart is known for picking up a few things. I need this or I need to get that, and viewing McDonalds to the side trying not to think, French fries. I had recently gone grocery shopping and forgot to get dishwashing liquid while leaving with a few, other items necessary. Money orders are what I needed, so next time you stop at the money center, please, please make sure you have all the information you need to make payments or financial commitments. Passing through, Foodie Kim

If I could give them no stars I would. I purchased 4 brand new tires online and got them delivered to the store. Visited the store to install the tires and was told at 5:30pm that they couldn't install them because they only had 2 workers. I went back the next day the lady at the counter in the auto department kept trying to call pick up to bring the tires to the back for 20 mins and they never answered. I walked to the pick up myself. Came back and was told that their equipment was only for 19 inch wheels and there was a possibility they could not do my 20 inch wheels. I asked if they could use the wheel I had in my trunk to check if they could install the new tire. The manager to automotive stated to me she would check when my time came the wait was 2 hours and if they could not change it I would have to go else where. This could of been told to me the first day I went. I wasn't expecting for them to skip anyone just not waste my time.

Yesterday I had lost my wallet. I called the store Three or four times after going back to look for it. Everyone else seemed too busy to look for it being that it is the holiday season and it is Walmart. I came in tonight after work and described it I saw a lightbulb come on in this woman's eyes. She goes into describing it further and hurriedly rushes to where it is, my spirit is at rest at that point. To the manager Melissa and customer service I am exponentially grateful!

This is just the worst Walmart I have ever been to in this entire country. Apparently the people here steal so half the store is locked up behind glass. U wait in long lines for everything. Prices aren't properly marked. They run out of everything... probably bc it was stolen. I just can't anymore with this place.

This Walmart is okay I usually go here to pick up items from work since I live fifteen minutes away from here it's of course always crowded but the staff is nice about helping you find things in the store

I was planning on buying groceries and supplies from this store, but not anymore. Sam Walton personally had a policy to let RVs and others park overnight at locations because he stated, wanted and believed more everyday people should travel and see the USA. I stopped in to ask this location and they do not allow it. This location dishonors Sam Walton's legacy and goals in being a service to others. I'll spend my money elsewhere and advise others to do the same. I hope they will change their policy to encourage more travelers and honor Sam Walton's vision and wishes to help everyday people.

Wouldn't let us in with our backpacks and a bag from a completely different store. Told us we could leave it all at the front. The "greeter" was rude and unpleasant to us. We left quickly.

This place is a full-service Walmart which is excellent. However, it seems that the customer service department needs to retake a course on customer service and professionalism. The workers play with each other and take their time in wrapping up refund requests and handling customer concerns. While standing in line got some 15 minutes, the supervisor ( who I was waiting for) showed up and offered gum to his coworker. The kicker was that he was offering the gum from his mouth to his co-worker to which she responded "I only eat from my baby". *What alternate universe am I in?! Why is this okay?!* Whilst this may have been a "joke" between them, the patrons of this Walmart did not need to be privy to this exchange. I've never been particularly impressed with this place because of the customer service, but it is close to my job which makes it a convenient stop for needed items. In short, if you need a cardigan, a banana, or holiday cookies, this place has it all. If a good customer service experience is your thing, then try some place else.

The management is terrible in serving this demographics. The lines are always ridiculously long they close them down to only four registers they close the self check out. Even during Christmas they do this so the lines are outrageously long. They do not respect the people in this area
