Ok so leaving a bad review wouldn't be fair because we are in a pandemic right? No. Waiting 10 mins at the window to just be acknowledged and then 15 more mins JUST TO PICK UP A MEDICATION THAT WAS READY THE DAY BEFORE.. ridiculous. Even if we are in a pandemic that doesn't mean customer service or the consideration of people's time goes down the drain. I regret having my medications here.

I was having trouble at the photo station and Ebony came to the rescue. She sat with me and kept trouble shooting with me until we were able to print my pictures. I am a teacher and the prints were pics of my students for a bulletin board- so very important to me.. and the kids : ) She was awesome! Thanks Ebony!!!

Love my near Cvs place and pharmacy. The pharmacy department are great and fast! Very professional. They also help you out with prices on prescriptions. The store need to improve on helping customers more. Just because you have the express machines now, does not mean Y'all get to disappear. Thank you and hope y'all do better.

Not to be confused with CBS (a record label and TV station), PBS (a less corporate version), and PMS (don't ask). This is a pretty sad CVS store which is in the Galleria area, and the sad part comes from the fact that it just seems like the people working here don't want to be here - and I can understand that. But customer service is particularly iffy here, especially in terms of Pharmacy wait times. I definitely think they could do a much better job. Nevertheless, at least it's here, but it's one of my least favourite locations that I've found.

Went to this CVS yesterday to buy some beers, I showed the manager AMY my ID, she said the person in the ID is not me, because I'm a transgender man and my ID portraits a picture of me as a female. I was not able to purchase the beers because the manager of this location discriminated on me in front of every customer and employee because the picture in my ID doesn't look like me anymore?????And this is not staying like this, thanks for the good a** lawsuit Amy and F*** YOU by the way

I feel so sorry and sad to be leaving this review. I went to this CVS yesterday to purchase a case of beer. I lost my wallet and don't have an ID but do have a picture of it on my phone. Obviously, they wouldn't accept it and that's ok. What is not ok is that when my trans boyfriend, 26, went in to get the beer she told him she couldn't sell it to him because he didn't look like his ID. Embarrassed, he informed him that he was trans and pointed to his breasts. She humiliated him in front of customers and employees. She didn't care. Her name is Amy AND she's the manager. She sucks. Her CVS sucks. And her discriminatory ways suck.

I really hate this place so much. They take FOREVER both in the drive thru and in store. They even filled my prescription incorrectly which has literally never happened in my entire life, HUGE MISTAKE. I much prefer Walgreens but only come here because of my insurance.

Great location in the galleria. They always have anything I need right away and helpful employees. This a good CVS to go to.

Asadullah is so unprofessional and rude. I don't know how this cvs allow this to happen. He looked at my coupon without even scan it and said "only one per purchase". Cvs policy allow one coupon per product and purchase means the purchase of one item. He called the supervisor and the supervisor scanned all the coupons and guess what, all the coupons went through. I told the manager he was very rude and unhelpful, but he was on his side and made seem I was wrong. They are not aware of the cvs coupon policy and they don't even want to, they just don't want you to go there. Specially this team. On the other hand Erick has been so helpful always. That is why my two starts. Asadullah, he deserves 0

Was checked out by Asadullah (guy with the dreads) beyond rude. Didn't talked to me at all (maybe I've just gotten used to it as all the other employees always do). He rang up my purchase, I said it was the wrong price because it was. Suddenly it's as if I completely just bothered him. Seriously? I didn't want to come in here either! Sorry I ruined your day by needing to be checked out.

Went to the minute clinic for the first time today as I just moved here. Upon entering the clinic I was asked to provide my insurance card, which I fumbled to find ( totally my bad ) but I could tell the doctor seemed annoyed. She asked if she could take another patient while I tried to find it. Sure fine. I found my card and went back in. I immediately noticed that she was being very short with me, I told her about my symptoms and how I had been told it was allergies but hadn't gotten better. She immediately replied I should have gone to an allergist, and that I had let it progress too long. I also told her I had recently worsened to a stuffy nose. She rudely responded I should be more specific..... I also made the mistake of trying to talk to her while she took my blood pressure, to which she held a finger to my face and told me to hold on a second. Turns out my insurance was expired which I didn't realize, and she got annoyed with that as well. Overall just an embarrassing experience on my part but it was exacerbated by how unkind this doctor was. She told me she could set up an appointment for me after lunch, but I was so embarrassed my the situation and how she treated me, I had no interest in going back. I've never experienced a doctor so unkind in my life. I guess she was ready for lunch and my presence was annoying. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

*Not a 24hr pharmacy* Took about 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru pharmacy to pick up my prescription. I push the help button and then heard some inaudible message about how I was going to be helped soon. I had to peek my head out of my car and take a look inside to confirm what I thought I heard. When I was finally helped, I was told they couldn't find my prescription, so I had to show them a printed out copy to confirm - thank goodness my doctor thought to print it off for me. They eventually found it, but it's definitely not ideal to wait that long in a car in the Houston summertime.

I have been to this pharmacy for a few years. This is my favorite pharmacy, close to where I live, they also opens 10am-9pm, even opens on weekends, really works well and convenient for me. The staff at Pharmacy were so nice and kind, they work diligently, I was never disappointed. I like Pharmacist Lim, she is so compassionate, so helpful. I also like Sim, she is also compassionate, and kind and helpful. Thank God for them, who are like angels.

PHARMACY IS RUDE... my friend is literally here with her face swollen after surgery when they told her to pick it up in 15 we waited 20 now they are like well you can hold on. There is no line so why are we holding on for something they said was filled. Maybe because they rarely care if you come to the store they eager just stay on the phones all the time.... they will make you wait if you go in. Go through the drive through. Ive legit stood here just keep watching her answer phones. This girl needs her meds NOW. You can take 5 minutes to the person that walked in to get her script and not be rude as if its her fault. Don't tell someone it's ready for pick up when it is not.

COUPONERS: Avoid this location. The staff is NOT familiar with the CVS coupon policy and seemingly make things up as they go. I was told I could only use a total of 4 coupons per day, including Extrabucks. WTF?? It is a waste of time to coupon here. Never again!!!
