Every time I call this pharmacy no matter what time of day they always leave you on hold for 30 minutes or longer. You can hear when they briefly take you off hold and quickly place you back on hold without saying a word. They're attitudes are so undesirable and unprofessional when you have a question. I think it's extremely bad to work with the public and possibly people that are not feeling well already and they have to endure this kind of behavior.

I held on the Phone after calling, for approximately 30 mins and no one ever came to the phone. This has happened more than once. Bad service

My accounts are based on over a dozen incidents. To be fair I wanted to note this since a single bad experience doesn't necessarily mean an issue. However, if this case my recounts are chronic and consistent. This pharmacy is completely incompetent. The hood times on the phone are exorbitant. The attitudes of the pharmacists are negative and disrespectful. They do not properly fill prescriptions. They are incompetent at ordering prescriptions even with significant notice. Anyone with heath conditions would be at risk trusting this pharmacy to be able to deliver medicines in a timely manner.

Pharmacy staff is very rude and seems inconvenienced that you are there. Having to make 3 trips to pick up a prescription because it's not ready when they said it would be. Very poor service.

Went into Store after making online purchase I thought I could pick at Rx window was told to go into store..I did. After loudly asking where to pick online order a guy who later identified himself as the manager said over here, when I got to counter he said oh I thought you said online pictures we don't do online orders here... I was in so much pain from a procedure which I expressed... the manager later laughed at me as I had to repurchase my online order.... he was very rude and disrespectful

Why on earth would they lock up bar soap? Is this another example of racial profiling? I'm buying Dove bar soap for my African American girlfriend, and that's the brand she requested. Sounds like CVS locks up products needed by people of color, causing them unnecessary delays and humiliation to buy their products

I continue to be treated condescendingly and rudely by the pharmacists here. The only reason I call in my prescriptions here is because it is the closest CVS to me. I hope this pharmacy recognizes the trends in comments about their employees being rude to customers and makes a change.

Probably the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. If I could rate this a 0 star I would. I went to this location to give them my prescriptions one day prior to the date of when I was told all 4 of them would be readily available. I arrived the following day thinking I gave them ample amount of time being that it was nearly 1 hour before closing time and I had yet to receive a phone call. My fiancé and I have to walk in there because the drive-through was temporarily out of service. (I'm not even sure how/why a CVS pharmacy drive-through window could possibly be closed but to my surprise it exists.) As my fiancé attempts to gather all of my meds we were told that there was only one prescription available and that the others were set for pickup at the previous location I used to go to. My question was "are you sure because I was told yesterday while dropping off my prescriptions that they would be available here?" To no surprise the prescriptions I brought the day prior to be filled couldn't have possibly made it into their system because the tech was most likely too lazy and forgetful to make the change. The pharmacist was unpleasant as well and i just found the whole experience to be very unpleasant. I am now writing this review because I am suffering due to their negligence and unprofessionalism. A change is necessary.

Went to the pharmacy greeted and treated with rudeness for no reason. Of the many Walgreens and CVS pharmacies, this is not the one for cusromer service

I've never met nicer people working at a cvs than the ones working the front yesterday afternoon. So friendly! I normally wouldn't take the time to write this review but it's worth saying that the service here was exceptional. I stopped in here to grab a card because I left mine at home. If you are in the area stop in here, get what you need and you might come across the friendliest people.

Most CVS pharmacies I've gone to are terrible. So this is just a continuation of that trend of horrible service and lazy people working in the pharmacy moving like sloths. They'll take 30 minutes to literally put something that requires no preparation in a bag and hand it to you.

Help me!!!! Notes for my scripts plainly state "easy open top". Mentioned this last month when I picked up meds. Today, a friend picked up a new script for pain....broken wrist. How am I supposed to open top that requires it to be pushed down and twisted off????

The pharmacist that works there is RUDE!!!!!!(Hughes is her last name! If she does not want to do her job she should not have taken up that tired of education! I did not come into this facility with any form of attitude and I didn't deserve to receive an attitude! I will NEVER return to this location!
