I never had any problems with Bank of America. The customer service always OK. I like that my check cash the next day. I wish that they had more lobbies.

This is the worst place to hold your funds. I was robbed of my stimulus check and was told the most they could do to help me was close the account to trace where they money was sent. It's been two years later, and I still haven't gotten a resolution. Apparently, my account was hacked, and they never found my funds or the person who hacked it. I personally think it was a teller. Was also forced to change banks and phone company. Have NEVER had these issues before and haven't trusted a bank since. They are clearly racist and/or stereotypical.

This center is huge, it's almost like a city in itself. I can't speak on the banking side of things, but on the lower level as well as some areas on the second floor. There is a plethora of restaurants, that is worth checking out. Just to mention some-Common bond bistro & bakeryUnderstoryBoomtown coffeeFlip'n patties Farro- Mona fresh Italian food

The costumer service not good I call them because I have an frouf with my debit car and this person star been rud not listen or try to help not recommend, I will not doing business with they anymore

The customer service here is terrible! I have banked with BOA for decades and never have I received such horrible and rude interactions. Since moving downtown this is the closest location to me...but moving forward I'll just have to go the extra mile and visit a different location. I always feel like I'm bothering the staff. I kindly ask people to choose their careers carefully. If you don't like your job find a position that best suits you oppose to passing negativity to customers... (loyal customers at that).
