I had an amazing experience with Mossy Nissan Collision! A lady rear-ended my Ford F-150, and I brought it here for repairs. From start to finish, the entire team was incredible. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way, they made the whole process stress-free and easy to understand.

This review is based solely off the service I received from the collision center. I brought my car in June 1, 2025 after a car accident for repairs. I walked with Everado while he looked at the physical damage. I specifically explained to him that my backseat needed to be replaced because from the accident there we as a gap in the back door and due to all the storms water was pouring in my car. Fast forward to him going over the supplement with me that he sent over to the insurance company, the backseat damage was mentioned because he forgot to add that. He reassured me that they would have the seat cleaned very well and that would eliminate the mildew odor that I was experiencing. Second week of July I pick up my car, the following day I called the collision center because of course my car smelled like mildew. I was instructed to bring my car back in for a day and they would place an ozone treatment in my car. A couple of weeks later I call back to speak with the manager because of course the lovely smell was back again. The manager reassured he would put in a claim with the insurance company to have the seat replaced. Something that should've been done month's ago. A month I still don't hear anything back from the manager so I call him to follow up, he still had no approval from the insurance company. A month later I call again for a follow up still no update again! So I reach out to the insurance company myself, and what do you know they got an approval 2 days later. Why did the manager not reach out to the insurance company himself I have no idea at all. It takes a few weeks for the replacement seat to come in, we are now in January of 2025. The manager tells me that I needed to bring my car in for a day or 2 to replace the seat, I asked him were they going to give me a loaner car because I needed my car for work. He told me that he would have to see because they would have to cover the cost. There's no way anyone in their right mind would expect me to be inconvenienced without a car or cover the cost of a rental because you failed to do your job back in June when you had my car for over a month for repairs. Since the repairs I've experienced nothing but problems with my back driver side tire, no matter what the air constantly leaks out. There's no point of calling them because they aren't reliable. I had no issues before the accident and I expected to not have issues after especially with over $14,000 in repairs.

good process throughout, with feedback on the process during the repair. the quality of the repair was great. hard to tell the difference between the original and repaired area. Mossy did an amazing job cleaning/detailing after the repair. even the engine department was sparkling.

Great service! Kept me up to date on the status. Worked with the insurance company to get paid for additional damage found when bumper pulled off. Very throrough service. Drew was terrific and kept me informed along the way. I would highly recommend Mossy Nissan Collission. It did take longer than expected, but it is because it was a brand new 2024 Pathfinder which required brand new parts and programming of all electronics. Great Job!

Whether you own a Nissan or another brand, this is by far the best collision center around. The work is always performed to the highest standards and the service provided by the staff is always first class. We have been taking our cars here for years and have never been disappointment with the finished product.
