I would leave 0 stars if I could but it would not let me. To start off the hotel looks like it’s falling apart from the outside, parking lot is very dark and I’m glad I didn’t end up staying here. 2nd of all, the person behind the counter was extremely rude. We reserved the room through the My6 App and we were quoted one price, when I showed up to check in, he was increasing the price. I asked him to cancel our reservation and he really said “No you reserved you cancel” which was extremely unprofessional and rude. I would rather stay at a good hotel and pay the extra bucks than save some extra dollars and stay at a Motel 6. Funny things is, this was not the first time I experienced something similar at a Motel 6. Terrible Hotel/Motel Chain.

Awful customer service when I called to check on price for a room I was told it would be $70 and when I showed up I was told it would be double for checking in when I had just gotten off the phone 1hr before hand. When I asked why the sudden change I was told that’s just the way it is and had the front desk just ignore me after that and on top of this there is major construction going on. I would not recommend even trying here and instead go across the street to “kiwi inn”. At least they were up front and honest and the room I’m in is cozy. The front desk needs to be taught customer service or hospitality 101 at the very least…

TV doesn’t work. Half of the hotel is under construction so it is always messy. No trash cans anywhere on site. The Indian lady is rude. Bathroom is filthy. Place smells funny. The list can go on and on. Just save your money and go somewhere else.

Honestly the worst motel 6 I’ve been to in my life! They racially profiled me as soon as I walked in. I booked under two guests and payed for a week before I even knew it was a motel 6. Saw it was under construction and still continued since I payed for the week. The man at the desk was rude the whole time. IDed my boyfriend for nothing when he was coming to the room when I specifically booked for two people. Argued with me about how many guests were in the room and etc. after my week was over I wanted one more day and tried to pay half card half cash and he made me check out and told me to check back in. I will never ever again.Rooms: The rooms were nasty and ac was leaking.Safety: Needs to be shut down all the way.

Laid back lodging? More like lazy maids that don't care about their jobs. Front desk women were the worst. At least two of them was so intoxicated they couldn't stop laughing while the main one was slurring her words telling me to get out while I was trying to book a room. Why would she demand that I leave? I don't understand. Rude, horrible, disgusting.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this trash of a place, they are racist and rude. They also have roaches and mold everywhere. The front desk clerk is rude they try to scam you by charging extra money if you decide to stay in a room for another day or day you have to check out and check back in at check in time which is more then what the price is actually is. Stay far away from this place!!!

If there was an ability to show zero stars I would choose zero. I had to change rooms three times because of all the uncleaned rooms. Don't stay here. Nasty rooms with nasty women working here.

The stuff is incompetent they have 0 social skills they don't have a snack bar or a bending machine like they claim they washer don't work they keep saying that they will fix it but nothing happens they claim to be under new management they have no weekly rates and they are charging a pet fee of 50 dollars 75 dollars per night almost 500 a week they have no resident forms which means they don't pay taxes they Doo take cash never give a copy of your ticket the held my dog hostage till i pay because i had to pay the new fees whitout notice in advance the phones don't work but what had me crazy was the amount of roaches in the building been here for some time but not for that price motel 6 is known for been pet friendly and have good rates but the way they treat people is due to the lack of incompetent from the people who claim to be the new management hopefully they can afford a land line and take cards instead so u can track the days you pay because the seem to forget that also i have always paid a head of time they lost a costumer on my part

Front desk girl was extremely rude. She would rather be in her phone than stop and help you answer a single question. Then when you ask her that question she dismisses your question and tells you to do what I'm asking her to do. Clearly not a rocket scientist. Tell me why half the time she's just telling me over and over no visitors. I'm not visiting and I'm not asking about visitors. Nope never again.Safety: Not the safest place to be

DO NOT STAY HERE!! RACIST, DISHONEST, BLACK MOLD, ETC!I booked a reservation and was met with stereotypes and harassment throughout my stay. Upon leaving, something told me to strip the bed because I had a horrible headache and had been sneezing and coughing. To my horror, my pillowcase was laden with black mold and the mattress cover clearly hadn’t been washed between guests. There were bodily fluids, piss stains, and blood on it. I didn’t bother bringing this information to the front desk when I checked out because 1) I had just noticed it 15 minutes before exiting the room and 2) They hadn’t been warm nor welcoming since my arrival. When I brought this to the attention of the third-party I booked through, they reached out not once, but twice for a refund on my behalf, however were denied both times. I’m still suffering from black mold exposure so I definitely plan on filing a lawsuit. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!

The Indian man at the front desk is not only rude, but also a bigot. He asked how many guests, I said one, it’s just me. His response was something to the effect of if I have more than one guest there will be a penalty, as if I was lying. Mind you, I accidentally booked my reservation for two guests so it wouldn’t have mattered anyways. What was his point in asking? Then he asks if I need smoking or non-smoking, I said non-smoking, I don’t smoke. Again, he makes a snide remark. I asked twice for a later check out when I leave (since I checked in at 8 PM and this is my first time in Houston). He definitively said no. Didn’t even give me an option to pay the difference and check out late. Had I known this was a MOTEL 6, I would have canceled my reservation immediately, however it was falsely listed on Hotwire as “Luxury Inn”. I don’t like being treated like a transient when I’m in town for church. Horrible experience. Please get someone at the front that doesn’t have a judgmental and condescending attitude. God bless.

Been here over two months I haven't had any problems been quit housekeepers are nice the lady at front desk she is really a nice lady she just wants to know who is in here motel if u let her know u got someone coming by she is ok with it and must pay on
