  Worse hotel ever! Woke up to a bed full of roaches! Roaches everywhere!! This is a roach motel! The board of health need to shut this place down immediately!!

  All the bad things you could expect from a hotel, that’s exactly what you get.
  Don’t do it. It’s for a certain type of people with certain habits. If that’s not you. Find something else. Not worth it!!!!

  Roaches everywhere nasties hotel I every been to, asked for a refund the girl at the front desk told me I would have to wait until the morning when the manager was in didn’t even offer me give me another room I hate it here Tx is not the place for me

  Back after two years again the crub appearance is ok but when you go threw the gate is like wtf I got myself into the cement needs a serious pressure wash.As u walk up the sidewalk by the pool dog 💩everywhere and the smell of piss & poo will turn your stomach. Same as when u open the doors carpets need to be remove the smell of animal feces & weed is overwhelming. Anything go down the rooms he gave me straight PTSD NO TOWEL HOOKS , ROACHES, tv kept saying code the door was hard to close u had slam it hard the smoke detector kept going early morning I couldn’t sleep me personally the whole building needs to be remodel or renovated out and eliminate something’s it went down bad basically.

  I went there today and immediately left the room was disgusting ! Smelled of old dog and infested with fleas also very sketchy people roaming around and filthy hallway only positive thing about the motel is that the front desk lady gave me my money back 68$ and I’m still itching worst motel ever been in can’t get that smell out of my nose

  This hotel was the WORST the bed was not made,the TV was gone,the doors were broken and I wanted to give a negative 5 stars IT IS NOT SAFE for kids and adults they can do better than that. It was AWFUL ALSO THE BATHTUB WAS DISGUSTING the Shinning hotel is more inviting than this place ☣️☣️☣️☣️☣️☣️☣️☣️

  This place is disgusting and run down. I guess it used to be a Motel 6. The girl at the front desk lied to my face and said “The door might be a little messed up but it’s a really nice room.” I should have read the reviews before booking a room. Roaches in one of the beds, on one of the nightstands and in the restroom. Flooring was missing and loose in some spots of the room. The door didn’t close correctly unless you slammed it which I heard other people slamming their doors as well. We didn’t even stay the night there because it was so gross. If I could give a zero or negative star rating I would.

  This is just an awful place, do yourself a favor and for no reason, stay in there, I had to leave as son as I saw the filthy room!

  This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever had to deal with in my life. I am so traumatized. I have never seen so many roaches in a room in my life. And a few months ago I had a roach problem at my apartment. This video does not do it justice whatsoever. I am in tears. There were at least 200 roaches in here coming from every place imaginable. I was here maybe two and a half hours. Part of it I ran an errand. I tried to deal with it but I simply couldn’t anymore. When I was leaving I tried to ask for a refund and the front desk person was like, “but you’ve been here all this time.” What?! Obviously I chose to stay in this hell hole because I’m broke. So obviously I was trying to stick it out. Until it became absolutely unbearable. And I’ve stayed in some really rough places. This place needs to be condemned. There is no saving it whatsoever. I could not get my dog to sit still and stay on the bed. And he would not stop barking at all the bugs. I want to burn all of my items and my body. I can’t stress enough how much injustice these videos do.

  Okay my experience here it was pretty good not pretty bad they have a lot of reconstruction going on so that kind of puts a damper on the opinions of the place the home the housekeeping people doing excellent job they're on top of them take care of the trash doing the laundry everything is good on that the pool hasn't been opened the whole time I was there but once they finish it I think it'll be good there's a lot of people that are there on FEMA right now once they're all of that runs out and it goes back to normal day today I think the place will be all right there's a lot to be done to make it back to being a good place and we'll see if it can be done but I'm not going to put my money back into it until I find out that the project has been done then I might go back there again all right that's it

  This place was rough. weed smoke all over, people that are high as a kite on God knows what in the halls and parking lots dancing all through the night and being loud and disrespectful with stereos and noise. We asked for days to get towels and never got them. Front desk staff was hit and miss with friendliness. I felt very uneasy the entire stay.
  The only good thing I can say about this place is they're pet friendly. However, the grounds are unkempt and there's broken glass and unsafe areas for your fur babies to walk in.

  Staff are just wonderful as always. Sense the change from Motel 6-Hobby to Executive Inn and Suites Hobby. The rooms are being remodeled and new carpet in the halls and more restrictions on pet owners which is very very good. I do have 2 dogs. There bad guest sometimes but they are told to leave thank God. The staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet from the front desk to the ladies that take care of the laundry fresh and clean always to the men that take care of maintenance. Friendly.
  I will say if you treat your home crappy keep that at home and do not bring it here the staff do not deserve the bad treatment.
  
  Rooms: The rooms are clean and neat. If there are any problems let the front know and it is taken care of.
  
  Safety: They do have security. This is a plus
  
  Walkability: You can walk to Hong Kong Market, the bank.the gas station which are two at the corner. Denny's, La Michacana grocery store, Subway, Waffle House and lots of eating places going toward the gulf freeway.
