Great customer service, people that work the front have always been helpful. The rooms have mold in building 1&2. I recommend if you stay request a room in building 3 or 4.
Rooms: Moldy with a distinct smell of a flooded property.
Safety: Um......eek, not the safest, but not the worst either. There has been a shooting or two the times ive been there.
Walkability: Shopping center near by, walking distance.
Food and drinks: There is a good selection.
Noteworthy details: Use the buddy system people!!

NO HOT WATER. Nobody's going to warn you either. Just DRIVE TO ANOTHER HOTEL.
Rooms: NO HOT WATER ! Clean enough if you work construction

I have stayed here many times ...the manager (Anna) is awesome and helpful..her friendliness and management are wonderful, you can tell she works hard to maintain the property accordingly.

The guy Kevin at the front desk quick fast and friendly! He doesn’t have you at the window forever and from my experience he has looked out I’m a second floor type of guy he tries his best to accommodate that .. I stayed here with fema temporary housing assistance and I came back on my own just to enjoy a peaceful relaxing night .. the rooms are ice cold like I like and the fridge actually works .. you may have to spend a few extra dollars disinfecting which I did but overall it’s decent!
