Was nice at first but no shampoo or conditioner there was only cups and a bag no soap or towel there was a towel with blood hidden disgusting it was ratting

Called and they said it was 270 for a week when I called to reserve they said 470 I was just there a week ago and they charged 290 witch I feel its funny they are going up on the price when they are giving newly released prisoners and psychiatric patients rooms for three days for free I hope they get what they deserve because the room wasn't worth what I paid for in the first place I had to clean it just to be comfortable to sleep in it red roof is cheaper and better save your money and don't waste your time

This has been the greatest experience since I started traveling. The staff are friendly and very polite. They are pet friendly and even gave my dog a treat. That was unexpected. Usually hotels don't like your pets. I truly recommend this hotel for your travels. The staff and Mr Shives are wonderful. Thank you guys again for a wonderful stay!

It is what you can expect. Everything you need is here 🙏. A swimming pool which I haven't seen anymore use but it's inexpensive for what you get such as a full refrigerator, microwave oven, stove top etc.

A hotel by the NRG Center canceled our reservation, so we ended up getting a last-minute reservation with Motel 6. They were able to accommodate us, and it was one of the nicer Motel 6's we had been to. Staff was great, the room was clean, and even had a full-size fridge.

Was so surprised to see a kitchenette inside a motel. That was nice. The manager is rude though. He has poor customer service skills. I stayed for as long as i was supposed to and I left. This area in particular should be glad anyone would like to be there. They don’t communicate with each other cause housekeeping opened my door abruptly twice. Never again

If you don't mind sleeping, eating, showering, cooking and watching TV with roaches, this place is for you. I saw roaches crawling on the walls after about 11pm and had to go to the gas station to get some Raid. I used the entire can the first night. Also, my smoke alarm kept beeping so the guy at the front desk came and removed it because he couldn't find any new batteries. Someone was supposed to replace it by the next morning but never did. While out working I went and bought a gallon of Home Defense since this was pretty much the only choice of where to stay at that time. I was there for 3 more days. I paid for a week. I just couldn't take it anymore. The last straw was the roach crawling between the panes of glass on the microwave door. I specifically chose this place because they have full sized refrigerators and a cook top. I was too scared to cook anything in there. The place is just infested. The rooms are very dim as well. Probably because of the roach problem. On that 4th day, I found a better place to stay and proceeded to check out. The guy at the front desk was clearly angry because I asked for at least a partial refund. I can handle a few roaches but this was insane. They are coming out of every crevice you can think of. Pest control is clearly nonexistent at this location. There's an Intown Suites about 2.5 miles away. I'd recommend staying there instead. Especially if you need somewhere to stay that actually has a pest control regimen in place and is cheaper than this particular Motel 6. Just beware of the Brookhollow Motel 6. It's not a very sanitary place to stay.
