Was in the other day to check prices. I walked away very impressed with the amount of attentiveness I was given. The man working was very thorough in the whole process. I will be getting a spot first of the month.

I went into this store just to buy moving boxes. I am a 86 yr old man so Richard, who was working that day, offered to carry them out to my truck. I noticed that I had a flat tire. Richard without hesitation, changed my tire with my spare right there in the parking lot like it was part of his job. I could not believe the kindness shown to me that day. This was way beyond call of duty and he saved my day. What a blessing this young man is to represent this way! Great job Istorage for hiring such amazing people. Very rare these days.

I walked in looking for a unit to put my stuff as im moving. The man working the tully location was very informative and showed me several units. Very personable and professional. Great experience.

Ms. Candice, the property manager is very friendly and professional. I was impressed by her excellent service. She always offer to help me with requesting and suggesting the best option for my needs. I will be recommending to all my church friends if they need storage from I Storage in the future. I have been renting at this facility for years and have never had a better person to help me and offer different options in order to retain me as a customer. I wish I could give Candice 10 stars!

They will just keep raising rates until it becomes unaffordable. They are now trying to charge me over 180 a month for a 10x10 storage. You can get them all over the city for 55.00 and where I am located it's small you can't even drive up to it because there are electric poles and things they have blocking the drive up access to it.

The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility is a little dated but it’s definitely convenient and the move-in/move-out process is pretty simple. There are a few indoor surveillance cameras that need to be replaced but the buildings are relatively secure.
