They never have paper at the pumps! No matter what pump you go to! If I wanted to see a cashier I would’ve paid at the pump!

Ok please keep receipt paper in machine they do put paper back in machine I have monitored this I come in morning I come in afternoon no receipt paper got to walk up and stand in line to get receipt negates payment at pump!!!

8610 west belfort ave houston, tx 77031store #701107/14/2022713 261 9218i went to the murphy gas station on july 14 at about6.30pm and when i walked up to the cadhier's window there was a sign that reads employee is in the restroom as i was waiting some more people showed up and stand in the line ,there was one guy right behind of me and he used a phone charger from the items that was sitting in a basket by the cashier's window and started to knock on the glass with it .after a while he decided to take some phone chargers and he asked me if i wanted one and i polietly told him no i dont need that am fine. he also took some chargers and i reminded him that there was a camera right there looking ateverything he was doing .so when brianna came up to the window i was the first person standing there and she was looking at me with an attitude ,so i said to her good afternoon and why the long face ,any way i would like fifty fives dollars on pump 9 where my toyota rav 4 was parked she said to me no i am not selling any gas to you and you need to go to another store .or use you card at the pump because i am not going to wait on you at all i swipe my card twice and she still refuse to help me i was already standing there for almost 30 minutes. every one tried to tell her it wasnt me but she waited on everyone else except me and she was laughing because it was funny to her.ineed to hear from someone about this matter because this is serious thisnis very poor and bad customer service and this behavior towards customers need to be corrected

Distracted like so many by a conversation with my Mom, I paid for my Gas at the Murphy USA Station located at W. Belfort and Gessner #7011. I lefted without pumping the gas I paid for. I arrived home and noticed the error I made. I immediately returned to the station thinking I lost. When I arrived Ms. J Williams the cashier had my money and reset the pump ????????????????????.

Been coming here since 2018 however they seem to have had a change out of staff and unfortunately the new girl just wow no manors what so ever and absolutely shouldn't be in a customer service role. Rude to new levels. Lets get the previous staff back.

went to this gas station for years! unfortunately they attempted to take $75 from me in 2018! i paid up front not at the pump. and that speaks volumes.

Okay I know they should be open at 6.00 a.m but no one was there at 6.11.a.m Nowwwwww... what is wrong with this picture. Well I had to get some gas soooo. Now this gas station down the street will get my business from now on. And to think I I passed them up to go to Murphy and had to go to them anyway. WELLLLLL! LESSON LEARNED
