Why do employees always make up rules and lie like you not a frequent shopper saying my digital id that I use every time can’t be used so what im supposed to do I guess go some where else smh plus she scanned it like everybody else no problem never admitted she was wrong either because she thought it was a screenshot

It’s 03/08/2026 2:55pm and the rudest cashier so unprofessional it’s a shame. I walked off before I argued about her behavior! I rather not. Some people come off as kind but when no one’s looking. They can be the rudest.
