About Shrine of The Black Madonna Cultural and Event Center
The Shrine of The Black Madonna Cultural and Event Center is a premiere event venue and Black owned bookstore. It provides a platform for conscious speakers, authors, and groups. It features a marketplace, sometimes called a Buy Black Market, on Saturdays with an assortment of foods, clothes, books, and jewelry. The venue also contains a museum and a library. I go here to VOTE and everyone there was so kind and friendly. They welcome you as soon as you come across the parking lot and the men are sure to hold the door for you.
