Won’t be doing business with MV appliance parts anymore. Pics below of Part they sold me(aftermarket) vs. OEM. I’ve replaced hundreds of these so it stuck out like a sore thumb. Such a shame, I was looking forward to doing a lot of business with them in the future for my repair company, but when I asked about it being an OEM part I was lied to straight to my face, I already knew the answer when I asked by the way. Just because you stick a little sticker with an OEM part number doesn’t make it OEM. It’s not even in a whirlpool certified and sealed box. If you want to sell aftermarket parts thats fine, but at least be honest about it and don’t sell twice for what your competitors sell OEM for. Stick to reliable parts.

Great store, great service, someone answers the phone when you call and has hard to find parts. Was able to replace a circuit board on my washing machine the same day it broke without having to order parts. Outstanding! Thank you!

Great store and very helpful staff! The cooler part of our five year old refrigerator was not cooling. I found the parts I needed to repair it at this store. I needed a replacement dampener motor and a relay for the compressor. Fridge was fixed for under $200! Thanks again guys!

We saw that this company was local, and we prefer doing business with local companies, when possible. I called and missed him on the first try ( it was early). Mike called me right back, and asked how could he help me. I started reading the part number for our washing machine pump, he finished the part number before I could. The answer was the part was in stock and that he would hold for me. Thanks to Mike's quick and friendly response, our washer was up and running the same day. Vincent is awesome. I came in with my 16 year old son with us having no idea what we needed to repair our dryer. Vincent knew exactly what parts we needed, and explained to my son what to look for and how to fix. My dryer works again and Vincent saved me a few hundred dollars. Thank you so much for your help!

Dryer element burned out, called and they had the part in stock. Had it waiting on the counter when I came in the store about 45 minutes later. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Super service and super nice employees. Highly recommended!
