A 1 Star rating is generous and if possible I would give MyEyeDr a negative Star rating.
The reason for my rating is because I ordered new lenses for my frames and made it clear to the associate that I MUST have my eyeglasses before I went on vacation in 3 weeks and I was assured this would be no problem.
Two weeks later I received an email from MyEyeDr stating that my order was ready for pickup. I traveled to their store to be informed that my order was not ready AND the associate could not give me a date my eyeglasses would be ready.
The incompetence of MyEyeDr is beyond abysmal.

Dr. Patel (no relation lol) and her staff are fantastic. From the moment you walk in to the exam, to glasses fitting everyone was courteous and knowledgeable.Dr. Patel took the time to talk to me about my day to day glasses use and we discovered instead of progressives- two separate rx would better fit my lifestyle.When choosing my frames the tech was patient and helped explain the best use of my benefits.

I am more than certain I have been given the wrong prescription lenses followed by an eye exam with Dr. Patel. I called back to reschedule an eye exam so I could get a correction, the day of the scheduled appointment I was not seen by a doctor because they believed the lenses curve was the issue. I showed them my most previous prescription before the one Dr. Patel recommended explaining the significant difference in both my vision and the prescription numbers and I was brushed off. The front said they’d shoot me a text when my frames are ready, it’s been since march 30th and they have yet to contact me. I also was examined for prescription contact lenses and I’m worried I have to pay out of pocket to get a prescription correction. I have extreme financial concerns and this location has done nothing but make this a stressful and frustrating experience.

I had a great experience here for my annual eye checkup. The lady from the front let me know about their promotion they were having. I was able to save money on my exam and contact lenses. Dr. Patel was professional and friendly as always. Along with the staff who took care of me during my visit.

The physician and the staff exhibit commendable professionalism and amiability; however, there appears to be a disparity in the demeanor of the front desk receptionist. While striving to express this observation tactfully, it is evident that proficiency in communication, particularly with individuals less fluent in English, is crucial for a front desk role, given its pivotal position as the initial point of contact for clients. Regrettably, it was disheartening to witness a missed opportunity for assistance in translation, despite the receptionist's fluency in Spanish. Instead, there was a regrettable instance of condescension towards a young Spanish speaking patient. This highlights a concerning lapse in service standards. It is hoped that such instances can be addressed and improved upon in the future.
