I had an eye exam in June with insurance. Paid the $44 for the dilation and was told no other money was to be collected. I received a bill for an additional $130 5 month later. The exam was billed at $289 for a simple eye exam for glasses. This place is a scam...will never go back and I am fighting this!!!

Very friendly staff! I've been coming here with my girls for YEARS! Dr. Nadia was the best! Supper friendly and treated my girls wonderfully.I made an appointment on line just a few days ago but had to call because I couldn't make multiple on line. After talking to an employee and getting the appointments set back to back for my girls, then double checking the insurance all was good BUT I was told that now yall require all patients to do a photo of the eye that cost $44 out of pocket?!? Now I have to find a new eye Dr for my girls. So disappointing.

This is the absolute best clinic I have ever been to in my life. The entire staff provides exceptional service, every staff member is highly knowledgeable and doesn't skip a beat when questions are asked. Dr. Tran was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Mr. Bufford worked with my financial situation and did not make me feel less than which was comforting to me. I left the clinic feeling confident because I have a trustworthy and professional eye doctor/clinic that cares about all patients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I left and I will not go back! The front desk was very confused and said they were charging me $140 for just the exam. She said that was my 20% copay calculation ...when did an eye exam become $700??? I asked how much an exam was without insurance and she didn't know.

My two kids have been patients at this location for years. Saw Dr Tran with my 9 year old last week no issues. Set an appointment for my 6 year old, and when I called the morning of for an unrelated question, I was told this Dr chooses not to see patients under 7. My son turns 7 in 3 weeks and has been wearing glasses for two years, it's not like he's new to this. To make it even worse, they want to blame "lack of training" of front office staff for the fact that I was allowed to make an appointment, have all the insurance benefits confirmed, be less than 30 min from leaving for the appointment, and NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME over several phone calls. They would have let us show up for the appointment to turn us away at the door.It's fine that a Dr chooses not to see a certain subset of patients. But how this situation was handled is not OK. Exceptions should be made for existing patients 3 weeks from the limit, and it absolutely never should have gotten to the point where an existing patient could make an appointment and was never notified of the new policy over several conversations.Another MyEyeDr location previously let me pull my children out of school early for an appointment when they canceled for covid reasons (after I had already called to double check all was fine).Really disappointed by this Dr's lack of care and his staff playing the blame game. Incredibly tired of this brand that seems to be everywhere, so we will be seeing a non-affiliated Dr from now on.

Wrong prescriptions. The first set of glasses wasn't good, so I brought them in and got tetested and got a new prescription, but even those turned out bad.It wasn't until I went to another clinic that I got the proper prescription

We’ve been coming here for 3 years, and although the previous Dr. was great, Dr. Tran, the new Eye Dr. is aaaaahmazing!Most of the former staff still work there. Dr. Tran really cares about his patients and that they understand what’s going on with their vision, and allows you to understand it without using jargon not known by those of us who are not doctors! What an amazing and knowledgeable Dr. Highly recommend!

The staff was nice, but they were completely deceptive on pricing. One person told me it was $99 for the annual exam, but at the end, another person told me it was $180. She even said “I don’t even know who told you about the $99, but they were wrong.”Then I received my itemized bill and turns out both prices were listed and combined. It’s the fact that she made the $99 price out to be false.I have never gotten charged $280 for an eye exam. My contacts are usually that price. I never want to cause a scene in the store over some silly pricing miscommunication, but I’m writing this review in hopes that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I ordered two pair of glasses (buy one get one half off.) The first pair was ready in two weeks, it took two months to receive the second pair. They didn’t pass inspection, they broke the frames, they were then out of stock and I had to choose another style. The staff didn’t keep me informed and offered no apologies. By the end of the two months, I was calling them every three days for a status update. Would not use them again.

Jamal was honestly very kind, patient and compassionate. He was very thorough in his explanations for insurance coverage, and was also able to offer me helpful advice in choosing a pair of glasses and contact lens coverage. If Jamal could be cloned and placed at every place of customer service, I would immediately recommend that.

I haven't been to a eye doctor in 2yrs was a little nervous but the staff that works there is fun people help me out as well as my stepmom went there today so a big THANK YOU to the staff Jamaal the General Manager for making everything fun and understandable,Dr.Tran the one doctor there helpful knowledgeable about everything, Erika the Tech she's what she is doing and Joama the Consultant she can help you out if you have any questions.

I am absolutely disappointed at this place for my dad’s service. He paid for a lenses for close to $400. The first time he picked it up the glasses two weeks off after, the vision focus was incorrect, had to wait another 6 weeks, after MANY calls, they finally told us to come back with the frame even though this company is the one that held the frame already. Then when they found the frame, they didn’t have a technician. Then we tried to pick up the lens on March 8th, the lens had scratches and were very dirty. The front desk told us to leave and they’re going to “redo” it and they don’t know how long the wait will be to pick up the lenses. We were only able to talk to one manager “Paula”, then after that there was no manager available. This is terrible service. This glasses are essential for my dad’s job and the service here is HORRIBLE. Now we have no idea when we’ll get the lenses. This has been over an 8 week process. This is the worst service we’ve ever received. We can’t even reach anyone of management to talk to. I HIGHLY do not recommend anyone to get their pair of glasses here, they clearly do not care about their customers.
