I’ve used Mr. Rock Chip on 5 separate occasions (unfortunately, I’m a rock chip magnet!) Each time Russ has been prompt, friendly, and speedy. His prices are better than most and he is usually able to schedule a same day or next day appointment. He’s also covered by insurance. Instructions are clear on how to file, how to book your appt, etc. I support small and local businesses whenever I can. This is a business I wholeheartedly support and have referred family and friends to with the same 5 Star results!

Russ is just professional, lovely, and kind. He came to my rescue and fixed my chip that occurred on my windshield. I feel absolutely blessed to have met Russ who really took the time to fix it. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Hands down best repair in Houston! If I could give 10 stars I would! 🥰🙏

Fixed a significant stone chip same day, obviously very knowledgeable, good communicator, dealt with the insurance company so I did not have to lift a finger. Can't ask for better!

From rock to repair in two and a half hours. Got a quarter sized rock chip on my windshield and needed advice on what to do. Two and a half hours later it was fixed!!!
Looking online, found the website for My Rock Chip and texted him a picture of the damage, almost immediately got response from him and scheduled an appointment. As soon as I finished the appointment in his website I got an email with clear instructions to prepare the vehicle for his arrival and also all the information needed to file a claim with my insurance company. We agreed to get the repair done at my home and he did the repair in my garage. He was extremely punctual and took care of the damage in aprox. 30 min . He explained all the steps he took while repairing the glass and we had a very nice conversation while waiting for the repair to be done. He is very professional, and definitely know his field. From now on he is the only person I will trust my vehicle to get a quality windshield repair.
Very honest, professional and friendly service. Excellent job.

I got a rock chip on Sunday and found his service through Google. His after hours system allowed me to follow simple instructions and set my own appointment at my convenience. Russ was on time and was able to service my car. His price is very competitive. Would recommend and use again in the future.

Russ is the best! Fast, quality work. Not a replace the whole windshield with a small chip kind of guy. If there is a chip that doesn’t need to be fixed, he is honest and doesn’t fix it just to get paid.

I got a rock chip this morning on my way to work. By noon it had spread over a foot. Russ came right away and explained my options. He was fast, easy, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Russ for a job well done. I will tell all of my friends.

Today’s experience was totally unexpected. All the other windshield replacement/repair companies wanted to charge a ridiculous price for a light crack. My Rock Chip came out and told me, I’m going to be honest with you. This is not going to affect anything. Then he showed me a chart and told me once it starts looking like such then you’ll need to repair it replaced. I really thank you for all being honest and not out here just taking people money because you can like other companies. This company has earn nothing but respect from me. Thank you.
