Bought my fiancés engagement ring here. Store owner and his wife were incredibly helpful and made the daunting task feel easy. Ring was ready for pickup in two days, got all my GIA papers as requested. Walked me through the process and gave me a solid deal for a great diamond and ring. Other big brands will overcharge you, not these guys. My brother in law got his ring here and recommended it to me. I’ll be sure to tell all my friends to go here. Seriously, one of the greatest purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.

Paul is very rude. I asked a simple question about the carat weight for an $8000 bracelet and he rolled his eyes at me. And treated me like complete
Trash and told me when I’m actually ready to come in and he’s not in the mood for laps games…. Not just saying this to be saying it I’m a multimillionaire with absolutely no budget and I’m always ready will never step foot in here again

Nacol’s is fantastic! Purchasing an engagement ring is a stressful process. The team at Nacol’s was very informative and never pushed me to purchase on the spot. Even a year after the purchase, they’ve worked with me to resize and clean the ring as much as needed. The customer service and family type feel will keep me coming back for all my jewelry needs.

Paul, Linda, and Leo make the jewelry shopping experience so positive and informative! They are friendly, welcoming, easy to work with and they remove the intimidation factor out of shopping for fine jewelry. They are very helpful in explaining the details and differences in stones, metals and settings, which then helps you understand price differences. Linda is super-talented at coming up with options and new ideas, including repurposing your old pieces. Nacol is also excellent is doing repairs. This team will be my go-to jeweler for years to come!

This is a wonderful store. They are kind, friendly and helpful. They are also very reasonable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve been in business since 1887. That beats our company. We’ve only been in business since 1911!

Talk about a fantastic place! I went in a year ago and got an engagement ring. It is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. They were able to make and help find anything I was looking for. In addition, they had a better price than any place I had looked around at. I was so pleased I went back to purchase wedding bands, earrings, and necklaces! High quality products with great service.

Best customer service ever! I have multiple pieces from Nacol & Co and I always get compliments on all of them. My husband purchased a gorgeous ring for my anniversary. I noticed the stone had a slight flaw on the side and took it back. They were able to correct it and even told me never to be upset to ask to change something because they just want happy customers. I will be a customer for life!

Hands down the best jeweler in Houston!They have done rings including my engagement ring, earrings, necklaces and bracelets for me (and jewelry for friends and family) and the experience is never less than 100% fantastic. Great place to shop if you love high-pressure sales tactics. Went in to buy a diamond ring for my wife a couple of years ago (now my ex-wife), selected a ring and asked for their best price. He gave it to me but I thought it was still too high for the size and quality. The owner told me that was his now or never price and he wouldn’t honor it if I came back in. Guess he didn’t want me shopping around. My wife came in the store the next day and he literally told her to leave and kicked her out of the store! He had never even met her but once she told him her name he said you have to leave. I have never experienced something like that. FYI, I went and spent twice as much at Wolf Diamonds around the corner from him and got an amazing ring at a very fair price. True story.
