If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mother use to go to the owner Bianca before so retired and I decided to give them a try! Worst decision I could've made. The new owner is literally a bird brain she doesn't care about anything and her customer service is non existent. I went to one of the ladies in there and I can't remember her name but from the looks of how my nails came out she must've been a beginner. It took her almost 3 hours to do a French tip full set. I got my nails done Tuesday and one of them popped off Thursday night. When I went back to the shop Friday morning the new owner told me it'll be 2 hours before they can fix one of my nails. She was very dismissive and condescending. Don't waste your money or time with this place!!

New management has made this salon beautiful and so welcoming!! Maria is an amazing nail tech I highly recommend to anyone who loves intricate designs; she is extremely talented!

They did a great a jobFollow Up: I'm licensed, so When I went to soak off my nails and the removal was sticky. I've realized that they've use MMA monomer vs EMA. I should've known better because how loud the smell was and refuse to believe that they're using that type because I don't recall them using MMA before. MMA is a toxic monomer that fuses your nail bed. I like their work but I can't risk damaging my real nails for vanity. Hopefully they change thisService: Acrylic nails

I’m usually not the one to participate in negativity on social media, however my visit today I experienced total unprofessional, the poorest form of customer service EVER! I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for my nails. The owner schedule an appointment stating that she had a cancellation for 3:30 pm today (Tues). I arrived on time for my appointment. I surprised the owner (who was in the back of the salon) stating that she thought the door was locked. I sat and waited for 30 minutes while the owner laughed & talked with someone who was in the back of the salon with her. I finally called out to her stating I was going and get something to drink and wanted to know if she would be ready when I got back. At that time she informed me (from the room in the back) that she had not had a lunch break & she had just ordered her food and I could either “ RESCHEDULE ” or comeback in “30 MINUTES”?. There was no regard for my time or the inconvenience it caused me. The owner of this establishment never left the room in the back to at least come to the front acknowledged my presence or to say that she wasn’t ready to take me. She just let me sit for 30 minutes with NO EXPLANATION AT ALL and expected or thought it was alright to put me on hold for another 30 minutes? I’m a business owner as well, success is based upon Great Customer Service in which I saw nor experienced any of that today. Needless to say, I’m DONE. I refused to step foot in such an establishment where there is such a lack of respect & disregard for the customer‼️

I love them! Great Prices! Great staff! Great work! I have had my nails done by several of the women here and I've Never been disappointed. I show them pictures and they recreate to a T. Call and make an appointment it's worth it. I just wished the served alcohol

I set a appointment with the nail employee and she gave me terrible service by over charging me and rushing with me and not taking her time but I never said anything I have went two time and she still treats me the same so I was done with that shop DON’T COME HERE!!!

Oh my GOD...I can't say enough about these ppl. I love this place. They are very professional and run on appointments only but they might take an occasional walk in here & there. They have snacks. They communicate with the customers well. They make sure you leave with a smile. They're good at it all. I LOVE the nails & the staff.
