I literally watched the tech get rough with my 13-year-old niece after I told them that she was supposed to get a normal manicure. They also repeated my request when I initially walked in and stated my requested service. After ruminating for a couple of minutes, I decided not to get my nails done either. I paid and left. I've been going there since 2018, but the rough handling of my 13-year-old niece was it.

⭐️5 stars⭐️ for Michelle that did my pedicure but my manicure with dip polish on my natural nails(did by someone else) were a disaster. The clear polish started to peel after the first few hours and it’s now day 3 and all my nails are cracked.. I spent over $100 plus tipped both ladies $10 dollars each. Had I known my nails would chip and come off after 3 days there’s no way I would’ve paid $50 bucks for them. I could’ve just used press-ons. Overall I can NOT recommend this establishment!Services: Nail cut & filing

They are nice but don't listen. I asked 3 times to push my cuticles back and just didn't follow instructions. They didn't get all of the previous polish off so my nails looked terrible. It has been like this the last few times so I won't be back. :-(Services: Manicure

I stopped here out of convenience and got a mani-pedi. The people were nice. I asked for a full powder set, I received a full powder set. The problem is after 2 weeks the nails started popping off like press-ons. They came clean off with no damage to my nail bed so it's not like I was rough with them. I went back to ask if they could replace the missing nails but unfortunately I was past my "3 day nail warranty."Services: Pedicure

How this place has such a high rating, I'm not sure. It had NOTHING to do with the lady who did my nails. I went in for a basic mani/pedi and the pedicure was horrible. Cuticle trimming wasn't a trim, it was ripping. She didn't close the toll hardly at all and instead ripped the skin off which hurt SO BAD. When I said ow the lady said sorry and just stopped clipping instead of doing it properly. My pedicure lasted a total of 17 minutes, most of the time was spent painting. She hardly scrubbed my feet even though, ya know, the whole point of a pedicure is to get softer feet. Yeah my toes were painted fine but I could have done that myself AND the polish was old and thick. I came to get a decent pedicure, scrubbed feet, and cuticles clipped. I'll have to go somewhere else to get my pedicure redone. Very disappointed with this place. The other ladies seemed nice and good at their job from what I saw. My lady didn't have a name tag otherwise I'd tell y'all who NOT to ask for. Sorry to the owner but I'd never come back because of the horrible customer service.

Was ? awful sitting in the chair getting pedicure the other tech washed used items in the face bowl and brushed the item with the brush I had used washing my hands she didn't use soap or anything. The board of health should get their serviceServices: Manicures
