NASA Liquor – A Hidden Gem, Great Bourbon and Tequila
As someone who enjoys visiting liquor stores while traveling, NASA Liquor stood out as the best of the 5 or 6 I visited during a recent trip to the greater Houston area. They had a fantastic selection of interesting and hard-to-find bottles, including fair bundle deals that made high-demand items accessible without encouraging flipping. For example, I picked up an E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof bundled with four $25 bottles for just $260.
What really made the visit memorable was the knowledgeable Vietnamese lady working there. She knew her stuff, shared insights about the liquor market, and even helped me safely pack bottles for my flight. If I lived nearby, this would be my go-to spot—and it’s absolutely worth a detour if you're visiting Space Center Houston.

Very helpful staff. Walked me around and showed me all the different bottles I may be interested in, answered questions I had and even gave me recommendations for local places to eat. Great bourbon selection including hard to find bottles, and good prices. I will be stopping here again if I am back in town

Always love stopping by this shop when I'm in the area. Impeccable selection of more obscure and even rare things. Their store pics align perfectly with my own tastes, unlike many of the big chains. Always recommend Nasa Liquor.

Visited NASA Liquor for the first time. I have been to MANY stores all over for Galveston to Houston. By far at the top of the list. Great store picks and the prices are very fair. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! This is officially my number one spot for bourbon.

By far the best liquor store in and around Houston, Tx. The staff at Nasa liquor store are extremely knowledgeable on all of their products especially tequila and bourbon. They Have great taste, always do great deals, and they bundle allocated bottles with other bottles giving you a great value so everyone is happy. I absolutely love going there.
