trash never showed up after they said they were running late three times. Do not use Do your self a favor if you roadside told you they is them refuse

I used the Allstate app to schedule my tow. I received a text letting me know the time window he would arrive. He arrived before the scheduled time window and he called to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He was courteous and delivered my car promptly to the repair shop.

horrible service , extremely disappointed with this company after working with them in the past driver was extremely rude and unhelpful, will never be using them again
