About New Balance Highland Village
New Balance Highland Village is a beautiful store with a great, different vibe. The customer service is excellent, fabulous, and the best hands down. The staff is super sweet, very knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. They make customers feel welcomed and provide quick service. Employees are described as amazing, a ray of happiness, and the bomb. While the store does not have all the colorways available online, items can be ordered from the store. Customers find exactly what they are looking for, with specific praise for the 1080 and 9060 models for walking, running, and style. The experience leads many to plan on shopping there exclusively for all their New Balance needs from here on out.

Anjelle was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us find the New Balance 5030 shoes we were looking for. She even called multiple store locations to check availability and help us track down the right pair. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. Thank you Anjelle!
