They must buy reviews because this was one of the most unprofessional services we have ever used. Buyers beware! Used him for 2021, tried contacting him by phone and email to arrange an appointment for the following year, and 3x, no response. This was early in the year too. Guess he doesn't need the business.

I was referred by a family friend here due to my past bad experiences when filing my taxes.Neyra was quick and very kind as soon as I stepped in. I truly felt welcomed by everyone at the location. The services were quick, honest, and efficient. I’m glad to be referred to Neyra Multi Services, they for sure have won a new client.

Horrible horrible horrible place they messed up my bookkeeping for the business. I paid them and I was promised the next day they would have it ready when I came in there was some kid on his phone, a lady on the phone and some chubby guy asleep on the chair! Come to find out they didn’t have anything ready for me. I asked the chubby guy for my money back and he said until the owner arrives that got me even more mad. I will never do business with them again!!!!!

Such a very wonderful time with this group and 100% totally recommend everyone to visit by for their tax return! Also amazed how the process took less time, and everyone in here were super friendly, it almost felt like I was apart of their family! I will for sure come by annually and hope to keep in touch!

I came across here last year in may , they did my 2020 & 2021 amended returns. They were all super helpful. I am still waiting to get my amended returns. I will be using them again once I receive my last W2
