While Visiting the Passport Office, I stopped in to Nit Noi for lunch. Very good and tasty.I had Fried Spring Rolls, fresh and lightly fried. The Noodle Salad, Yum Woon Sen, was excellent. Great sauce and plenty of Pork and Shrimp, and Fresh Cucumber and Tomato.Reasonable prices. Efficient service. Parking available.

Just had lunch here and I enjoyed it! My co-worker has a delicious curry! So good! It has coconut milk in it and perfectly balanced. I had the beef and sweet peppers. It was really good, I just thought it was sliced beef and not ground beef. We also ordered the mini egg rolls and egg rolls. I like the normal egg rolls better, they are just greasy (which is expected I guess??). I would visit again. Just a small kinda hole in the wall place, with good food.

This is some of the best Thai food around. We dined early on Friday night and had great service. I chose vegetable putt (pad) thai with tofu and egg. It was over the top delicious. My husband had a spicy putt thai with pork. It included a spice that he didn't particularly like (I think it was fennel) but the dish was wonderfully prepared. The pork was just a tad on the tough side. The portions are enough for two people so I am looking forward to eating leftovers. Everything was very clean, including the restrooms. This restaurant has been heavily used and it is time for a little freshening up. I will gladly return.

Horrible. Spit out the fresh spring roll. It was weird, it had cooked bell pepper. Fresh spring rolls with nothing fresh in it. The Thai yum soup tasted like salt only w added dry chicken. After the 1st 2 were bad, cancelled entree.

Ordered delivery and I am writing this review shortly after I got it. The food was super oily and tasteless. Not spicy even though I ordered spicy. Anywhere has better Thai food.

Best Thai in the H!! Doi is the man!! Pad see ew 100/10 Veggie spring rolls are always good, and they give you a pint of peanut sauce if you ask for it. Wish they'd open back up the other locations

I went with 2 other people and everyone had the same opinion, proportions small for price, food bland and the service sucks. There were barely any people in there, food took a long time, our food did not come out at the same time. No one came to see if we needed anything else. It took forever to get our ticket when u saw we were done. When our credit cards came back she dropped them all in front of me and walked off. No thank you, no passing out each one of the cards. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Nit Not cafe was like a boon to me when I was in Houston, I am a vegetarian, I could get vegetable Tofu rice which was excellent, the service was superb. I would recommend this hotel to every one who visit Houston.

I ordered delivery. It was fast and delicious! Food was still hot. Some of the yummiest crunchy spring rolls ever!! The Stir fried eggplant was also great. Will definitely be trying more things here.

Thai food and the setting at this place is excellent. Arrived at six, it was not packed. Staff treated us so nice. Feeling here is similar to a place in Columbus I liked.

One of my favorite locations for delicious thai food. This place is absolutely one of my favorites. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

Best cucumber salad that I've ever had, the sweet thai chili shrimp is also very very tasty, right amount of heat and sweet

Aai, pretty bad experience. Ordered two dishes, nothing wrong with the quantity. But the quality was off. One dish (beef with garlic sauce) was ok-ish, the other dish (pad thai) seemed...well...bad. As in, not fresh. Smelled terrible. My wife is pregnant, so we decided not to take the risk and eat it.

I ate at Nit Noi for lunch recently. It's only a few blocks away from my office building. I ordered the Thai chili beef. The dish looked very delicious when delivered to the table. The beef was hot and tender but the taste was only mediocre. It would be nice if the meal came with a small salad with peanut dressing or a cream cheese egg roll. The restaurant smells like a restroom instead of smelling like delicious Asian food. Place is decent. I wouldn't visit often.

Probably the worst Thai I've ever had. I ordered what I usually ordered- a pad see ew. This is a pretty basic dish. Giant portion of food. It was just drenched in sauce and sooo salty. I could not even eat half of it. Only came here because I decided to join my coworkers to lunch. Hard pass in the future.

Food is good but if you are halal eater or vegetarian be careful, they are not very careful about keeping meat separate. I ordered shrimp green curry but got chicken curry, when I told waiter I ordered shrimp, she took it back and just picked out chicken from it and put shrimp in it and brought it back. There were still some chicken pieces left in it.

Sooooooooooooooooooo good! I'm obsessed with their curry. I also smash their Tom yum soup. Prices are low and the food is exceptionally great.

Nit Noi was delicious! I don't eat Thai food very often so I wasn't sure quite what to expect. I took an Uber from the Marriott Marquis downtown to meet up some long-time friends who live in Houston for lunch. It was not a long commute at all! We walked in and were greeted by a server who said we could choose anywhere to have a seat. Because I am so unfamiliar with Thai cuisine, it took me a little time to review each menu item but luckily the server was very patient with my party. I eventually decided to order the chicken Satay and Putt-Thai Korat that had rice noodles, chicken, eggs, and bean sprouts garnished with peanuts and half a lime. It was delicious! I can't really compare it to other Thai restaurants since I don't eat it often, but I enjoyed every bite. I needed a to go box so I could snack on the leftovers later! Yum!

Nit Noi is really not authentic Thai food. The chicken green curry was terribly adulterated - ingredients included lots of potatoes, pineapple (!!), and a thin sauce made with weak coconut milk (not cream) and regular cane sugar instead of palm sugar. This made for a light polynesian style curry, rather than a rich Thai curry. Also quite stingy on the chicken. Beef was basil was salty as hell and lacked any heat, despite requests for it. Lunch for two, with only water to drink (they lost their liquor license), was $39. Yikes.

I ordered the squid salad and enjoyed it so much. The temperature through me off a bit as I've had Thai seafood salad where the seafood was warm and the noodles were cold. This dish was mostly cold (but maybe that's just a different way of cooking it). The flavors were great and the portion size was perfect. I'd def come back for that meal. My fiance had the Pad Thai and he wasn't impressed. The meat was tough and not as spicy as he normally likes it. Not the best Thai I've had in Houston, but for my specific meal...I'd return

During my lunch break, I decided to venture out and look for something to eat. I stumbled upon this café, went in was seated promptly. We asked for a water, and the lady (waitress) brought it back 15 minutes later. Food was pretty quick, about 10 minutes after we ordered it. Once we got done eating, the lady hands us our checks, we pay and then she brings us the receipt to sign. We leave no tip, and the lady gets mad and asks us why we left no tip?! She asked us in a loud voice, which made me feel bad for her and I ended up scratching out the 0.00 and putting a $3 tip. Worst service ever, and plus the waitress expected a tip, on such a poor service. 1/10 will not go here again. First and last time.. Pad Thai wasn't even that good. Please look elsewhere.

If you’re looking for atmosphere and ambiance, this is not your place. If you want good Thai food, give it a try! But beware — parking is difficult, so avoid the busiest times.

This thai restaurant is a nice little quick go to place near my area. They have all the typical dishes like curries and pad thai. My favorite was the pad see ew (called put see ew). Prices are pretty cheap if you're looking for a quick spot to fill your stomach. However quality may not be at the top of the list as i got quite a bathroom trip after eating their meat lol. You eat what you pay! Hopefully next time it'll be better.

I'm so shocked to see such a low star rating for Nit Noi. Trust me, this place is a gem. The food is consistently delicious. From the curry, to the drunken noodles, to the spring roles, I've never left here unsatisfied. Another perk? It's cheeeeeap. My boyfriend and I have gotten out of here for 22 bucks on a dinner for two. The serving sizes are also very generous. Take-out or dine-in, Nit Noi is hands DOWN my fave Thai restaurant in Houston.

Great place although, lunch is now $31 dollars for two? I'm sorry, because of the price, I give them 1 star. It wasn't as expensive as it is now and portions have gotten smaller.

Always awesome here! First off order the cheese rolls!!! O my god ! To die for! And of course spring rolls! I've been going to Nit Noi for over 10 years. When I was a teenager with my parents. Over the years I've order different plates and the best for me that is Hung over no.9 and of course Putt Ti Korat. And the Cucumber Salad is so fresh! And crisp! I've never been disappointed! Always coming back! For more!
