Initially advertised with no cover until 10 PM, guests were unexpectedly charged $10 per person upon arrival. A BYOB policy is in place, but extra charges apply for seating, water, chasers, parking, and staying longer than two hours. The pricing structure for couches and chairs involves high minimums ($150-$200) and additional fees after two hours, which were not clearly stated beforehand.
